Absolutely......The differences between Celtic and Rangers is styles of play, quality/technical ability. Whit is it that stops Barry taking his rightful position in the Ibrox Dugout? Celtic actually did a quadruple treble and went through all domestic competitions undefeated with rangers playing along side them. Doesn't matter what players you's had good or bad yous were still playing along side Celtic. Rangers went down to the lower leagues in 2012. You's came back in 2016. Celtic did a quadruple treble in 2018. So Rangers were definitely in the same league playing along side Celtic.
