Unsung hero is Miller for me. He brought so much physicality and was great in his own zone

2 things: 1) Did anyone else notice that's DeAngelo's Pizza was serving up some large pies late in the game - bro is forcing it! 2) Good on you for pointing out that pass from Igor on the OT winner. It does not happen without that quick outlet.

Double OT is crazy stressful to watch and I'm pumped we came out on top, loved seeing the boys take both wins at home. Can't get comfortable though, a 2-0 lead can sometimes be our worst enemy. Rangers need to put their heads down and focus on game 3 like the series is 0-0. Also Igor is a frickin cheat code, what a stellar performance by him. LFGR!!!

Canes were clearly gassed in OT. They cannot keep up that pace for long.

I’m so impressed with this team many times this season I think oh this a lose and they somehow win. Not only has the PP been great how about the penalty kill. Let’s go Rangers

Hi John, long time listener from the old Garden GAG Line Is bill chadwick days. This team is far better than 1994 -95 Season because we never knew when our best player Alexi K was gonna show up ,...John if we beat the 🌀 will beat colorado at a higher level of oxygen. Sincerely, Gargamel

Its a different game though. SO many guys are so much more talented. Kovalev was incredibly skilled (I agree about consistency btw). But the baseline is players in the same range as Kovalev. You could argue if the 94 guys were pushed all career by guys as skilled as what we see now they would be that much better. I partially subscribe to that. All sports. Guys get bigger, stronger, faster, more coordinated. The Rangers depth in 94 was 4 solid lines with 2 of them top tier. This year depth compared to the rest of the league I could see a rating of 4 solid lines 1 elite 1 top tier 2 solid. I guess I don't disagree with you, I just don't feel like it's apples to apples.

🙌🏼 Rangers hit everything that moves make them fear of possession. Put the nail in the coffin tomorrow night. Show them who’s the real team.

No mention of Trouba's three penalties or two giveaways, one of which led directly to a Carolina goal?
@nyujay20106 ай бұрын
Exactly! The guy stinks and should be dumped in the off-season.

So much sillyness about the Captain......guess you missed the stretch pass that led to the first goal......

Trouba almost cost us the game. His Superman check into the boards was a complete joke. He can block shots and that is about it. I haven’t seen him make any big hits in months.

He should have got a major….

I was at the game and it was epic! Having said that, Trouba has to be dropped in the off-season. How many times is he going to turn the puck over? And many times, including last night, his turnovers lead to opponent goals. He also committed three penalties! Yes, he's physical and blocks a lot of shots, but he's more of a liability than anything. Get rid of him in the off-season and free up that $8 million bloated contract. LGR!!!!!
