Souttar is injury prone. Also not good enough at CB for anything here other than emergency cover when fit. Propper is guff. Balogun is too old and breaks down now. We need two actually physical and strong CBs for league business, that are good in the air and can dominate. Then we need a striker. Then for me an experienced CM to play with Raskin and a LW.

The current Rangers setup has a Holiday Camp stamped all over it. There is apethy being displayed in PC's interviews and on the playing field. There NEEDS to be a complete clearout. Starting with all the coatching and medical staff. Also, reduce the playing staff down to 15 first team players and reduce the wage bill. If more are required, then look to the B team and give them the chance to aspire to their dreams. The above may sound radical? However, something MUST be done to replace the current failing debacle.

Rangers only won the battles when Clemente played Barron and Raskin together. Quickly abandoned by a dud mamager to go back to his favourites. Diomonde is build for ladies football. We have been powder puff for a year.

There is a rebuild going on. We are transitioning from a high paid, veteran squad to a younger, cheaper squad with sell on potential. That's fine and necessary. What's not fine is the direction on the pitch. Clement has one way of playing. Works great against European opposition who play open, attacking football and can be robbed and susceptible to a direct counter. You can't play a direct counter attack against teams who are defending deep and playing direct themselves. He's had a year to work out different styles of play for different games and oppositions and he can't/won't do it. We need someone who can come in and coach a team that dominates the ball and creates numerous chances and high xg in 90% of the games played. You then want the flexibility to play a fast counter when called for in Europe and against Celtic.

first of all signing a whole squad of young talent on lower wages with sell on value is not going to win matches now is it we said all season we need season veterans in the bloody team to guide the younger talent and help them get over the line but no we just chose to ignore that and now look we are dropping points for fun especially away from home because once again this club would rather keep the experienced players that have either spent years bottling it or get injured. He doesn't spend. Koppen buys and chooses players. Clement is just a coach with little input in playing staff bought. Prior to that we had Beale who worked with our Scouts as well as having his own targets to sign. The club chose not to follow that route again. They brought in Koppen so that if the manager had to change, the idea was the clubs plans would remain for continuity. I don't know if a new man came in, if there would be any flexibility on that or not, or if he would be able to suggest players he wanted.
