Sir मेरा hight 167cm ,wight 68kg हे, July महीने मे मेरा पुलिस भर्ती हे रनिंग 3200 मीटर 12minute में चाहिए 200 मीटर का ground होगा 16 rounds, अभी में 3 महीने से 8,10,12 km Long रनिंग कर रहा हूं ,ओर आगे क्या क्या करना होगा ,,, मेरेलिए 3200 मीटर 12minute में सम्भव होगा या नहीं ???
