Rajasthan definitely has rich history ... I really admire Maharana Pratap ji and the Mewars who fought for their pride and rights ... But sir, I think you aren't aware about father of Indian Navy, founder of Swarajya ... Who saved Hindu religion from diminishing at the hands of Mughals ... If you ever get a chance to visit Maharashtra ... Please make sure to Trek couple of Valiant forts situated in Sahyadri ranges ... It will make you think on and on ... How great and visionary was Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ... In his entire life of 52 years he built or acquired around more than 350 forts which are not on an easy terrain ... If you start reading history of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Marathas ... It is a never ending story ...Hope you enjoy your trip 👍🏼

As a history student and historian - let me tell you this , nobody has shed more blood than Rajputs during medieval times. Of course India has many many Kshtra clans in the entire country be it Maratha / Peshwas changed entire history by wiping out radical Mughals, Ahom in the east, Vijaynagar, Tulu dynasty and many more but they happened to be facing all atrocities first and defended successfully for hundreds of years and India is the only example of such grit, bravery and fighting spirit. Always teach your kids about fighting and there’s nothing more important than that!

The guide made some points which very few guides make - e.g mirror, he is very good. Just one point - Padmini's Jawhar most probably took place in a tunnel under Kumbha palace, not where shown. The tunnel is blocked by ASI.

Why did Queens perform jauhar before kings went to war .. logically They do when they knew their husbands or kings lose the war And Brahma ji ki murti kisi bhi temple mei nahi hoti We also had a orange softdrink in school named पी जा worth 2 Rs 😅

I don't abide by that guide's logic of doing Jauhar prior to winning or losing of the king. If ladies would have done jauhar without the fight conclusion...all women, children should have been dead as Rajput's went for maximum number of wars. This is completely illogical. What would have happened if King won the war? Then would he have wanted his family to be dead even though he succeeded? Read books. These guides are just saying chinese whisper stories.
