I think in my studies I learned heat always flow from low level to high level, that's why we use this.

Ans 1. So that there is better heat transfer between chilled water in the coils and air flowing over them. When there is upward motion of water to upside it will be in coils for more time. 2. Either by vfd drive or changing dia of pulley. In any case velocity of air should not increase 550 fpm

When room temperature is not better cooling, it's cause air damper leakage top on the ACP sheet but not get or observation exact location then this type of condition,how to find out air leakage exact location damper?

I'm not agree that by increasing the speed of pulley the current will increase. Because if we reduce the pulley size on Blower then how is it possible that it will effect on motor white it running on constant load and volt

Sir, we were controlling the running operation of CT fan on their discharge pressure. Can we control it on the basis of cond water tempr coming iyt oc CT?

Yes we can control CT fan on the basis of CNW in and out Temp.

Put CT fan on auto cutoff like 27 temp fan off and 29 deg CT fan on like this will save power consumption and temp will maintain

By changing pulley size , it will effect on static pressure. But we generally change the pulley size when design got fail. In this case we have to supply the required CFM in the area, in this case you can not change the duct size. The only option with you is to change the pulley size as per your calculations and also keep in mind that motor actual current should not exceed with the design current. As soon as you change the pulley size, static pressure will get effected

Question 1 Example After using AHU 5 year's, now I'm planning to increase cfm by replacing it with a pulley. It affects static pressure ? Question 2 Give us an example of how to calculate and replace the pulley, I tried to do it by myself with your supportive video, but I'm stuck somewhere...

Boss why we have installed the chilled water actuator in ahu in return line not in the supply line.

Because of requirement temperature we measure in outlet i mean Delta T we need maintain Delta T means T2- T1, return-supply. Actually we kept in return side and command gives to supply only.

@@HVACWorld If cfm of a blower,dia of motor pulley is known,rpm of motor pulley is known......how would you get how much rpm a blower should rotate and what should be its dia of pullley???
