Sometimes I find I ADS shoot someone and it just misses for some reason. Even though my crosshair is ontop of them I get no hits. This only happens with Ash and because of that I've always picked others over her.

This might be due to her reticle drift - if I remember right, her crosshair (or it's the sights themselves) has a slight delay in reaching the correct position when you move, particularly when microflicking I find. Takes some time to get used to, but you'll figure out the rhythm to staggering your shot. I'd compare it to using the Wingman if you've played Apex.

Cass has little mobility (Ashe has Coach gun to escape dives) and his magnetic grenade is worse than dynamite (if you can hit shots, which is why she's very good high ranks) and BOB is a pretty good ult, +1 teammate.
