I think that it could be a double meaning. Kuro has a few of theme in Rinascita from what I’ve seen (example being c-Moss and it’s description) The crest of the Fisalia family also looks like a crown of thorns and a figure in the centre. Which would also tie in with the last supper

There isn't much story behind it but I think it says a lot about Carlotta and Montelli family, and their status in Rinascita. Fasciaspina sends an army to assassinate Carlotta, which means he knows what Carlotta is capable of. They attempt to assassinate her in a very public place (the auction house), and the fight spills into public view outside. There's no hesitation when the fight continues outside, Carlotta massacres the entire army and leaves a destroyed car in the process, then corners and kills Giacomo in cold blood as he's begging for his life. Carlotta expected this would happen. At the beginning Grandpa Montelli (I'm just going to call him that) shares a brief glance with Carlotta, I believe that's a signal to basically tell her "you know what to do". She then speaks to Ettore and says that Giacomo will bow before him in respect. Since Ettore is dead, the only way for Giacomo to do that is to send him to Ettore. When she breaks into Giacomo's house and catches him in the privacy of his bedroom, she could've killed him there, but instead puts the fear of god into him and leaves him alive, then tells him she'll see him at the auction. How does Carlotta know he's going to be at the auction? Easy, because Carlotta is expecting Giacomo to retaliate out of fear. Carlotta spends 200k on a piece of art which is subsequently destroyed by Giacomo's assassins. Other art pieces take bullets while she dodges and she's not perturbed by this in the slightest. In fact she seems to be enjoying it. Maybe most of them belonged to the Fasciaspina family? I don't know. Either way, Giacomo DOES show up just as Carlotta predicted, and after stopping that army single-handedly, she kills him. This could all just be for the theatricality of the trailer but.. I think this just goes to show the status and power of the Montelli family. Carlotta does this out in the open as a spectacle instead of assassinating him privately. The Montellis expect no repercussions from this, not from law enforcement or any other authority. And doing this in such a manner sends a huge message to the city. The Montellis are more powerful than you can ever dream of. The Montellis are the rulers, if unofficial, of the city and you should never, ever cross them.
