I'm building her currently. What artifact set is good for her? Many said in the comment section 4 pc VV but some also said SoDP. Then for weapon, many said Oathsworn, next Fav Codex for F2P. I'm building her for Xiao and Diluc. And how many atk should I get for her? For her artifacts substat should I prioritize atk% over flat atk?

When I'm checking character's stat I can see change in Healing bonus only but no change in elemental dmg bonus. I'm still confused about what kind of buff she provides.

Hey! Me here!;) for another team set up id reccomend calcharo and lingyang with baizhi! (Also havoc dreadmane is good for cal, and for lingyang i chose roseshroom.) If you want more of a dmg bonus id recommend trying to get “flautist”!! My Linyangs stats: CRIT DMG 150.0% CRIT 5% ENERGY REGEN 112.8% DEF 483 ATK 285 HP 4274 (I’d like to think this is a pretty neat setup for a lvl 39/40)

Thank you for the much needed explanation. Overall I think this mechanic is kind of dumb but Hoyo seems to like making mechanics like these for no reason besides, no region/character needs brand new mechanic that will be never used again.
