@@Jamespeterstu I haven't uploaded it anywhere, sry. The build is quite simple, 4food, 2gold, 3food, rest gold. Build temple with gold miner when possible. When you click advance you transfer all food vills except 1 to wood. This allows you to get a super fast 2nd tc!

JSS is once more becoming the team to beat in potential team game tourneys in the near future, with Mista, Recon, Suppe, Rapl, Count, Grass etc. on the team. Four of them are currently top 5 on the ladder, and that's counting Mista at rank 24 out, because he has only played 19 games with no losses (the only current top 50 player without a loss).

Most busted units are Norse throwing axeman with heated shot. Hack damage and 4x vs buildings. (If you get to mythic)

recon recon recon. i take offense to the immediate vision 😤 watering hole you know where the hunt is anyway, and you could use that vision to catch suppes fast 2tc (with the superior minor god ptah of course)

Because egyptian classical units are so weak, i had thought that perhaps massing priests early might be an effective strategy. Doing that as Set means it come with a free army of animals- genious!

Set broken. Recon wasted lots of resources on priests. Was behind in vills/eco. Wasted all his animals and still snowballed on top.

They werent wasted he converted animals and suppe was forced to idle some vils and build more military, he invested a few houndred gold while suppe had to invest much more in cav and heros to counter that, and tbf third tc while not even age 3 is a bit greedy as well. The raids won reccon the game, he killed so much vils and denied a lot of ressources

I thought camels chariots and priests can beat most greek armies. I used to try to squeeze eggy eco in classic and not let go. Maybe even put off 2nd tc for earlier pressure to try to keep them off 2nd tc, migdol from going up, and/or getting access to second gold mine. But what do I know, I am just a guys on the internet who’s elo was never that great 🤷‍♂️

yeah but theoretically speaking all u need to counter any egypt arm is prodromos and toxotes, prodromos counter every midgol unit and toxotes every infantry..

Seriously, i play greeks all the time. I must say greek army is not strong at all. Egyptian classical age can go to toe against greek army. Egyptian heroic army completely dominate any greek army. Apparently, elephant/sprearmen/axemen/ priest completely destroyes prodromos (with thracian horses)/hypaspists and medusas. One thing that i can say for certain is that priest need to be drastically nerfed. They need to be completely useless against human soldiers. Like 1 hoplite should be able to kill 5 priests. Right now priestsbare fucking tanks. Either reduce their range by half or their hp by half. Seriously
