bro that 2pc ring set gives -10 stamina regen not +10, you can offset its effects by changing pants and boots to breeches of the executioner and ebon roar sabatons.

@@brandoncue3013 it's not a bug its just that the set effect of the 2pc ring is a negative effect, watch 4:30 look at the arrow beside the effect, notice its pointing downwards., also this build is only a bit better in pve, in pvp its trash.

Just to let you know when you're wearing both of them rings you're not getting a stamina increase you're getting a stamina decrease can you see the arrow pointing down you're losing about 20%.

Stick to endurance guys evasion is useless it won’t be enough unless you plan on using dagger as a third weapon later on…
