Mam , Here inHfr conjugation you said the whole genome will transfer to the recipient bacteria and the recipient cell will remain F negative how is the possible can you tell me that in comment box

Mam this plasmids and F factor both same? What will be the result of Hfr *F - & F ' * F - if complete conjugation do not takes place? After conjugation will recombination between recipient bacterial genome and the transferred geome occur?I didn't get that concept of merodiploid condition also. Kindly reply mam🙏
