I don't like that ranked and casual are rolled back together BUT this IS AN ALPHA where Valve are testing and designing things needing a sizable player base to test ideas. It had to be done, but I don't like it.

Yeah and Limited hours for ranked hyper sucks when its only during the time you are at work

I'm glad there is only one game mode now. More players in a single pool - Faster queues, and more accurate rankings for better matchmaking. Standard mode was always a ranked mode with hidden mmr, now it gives you a badge. Ranked mode will come back in due time in the future, but this is the best course for the game at this moment.

I feel like there should be a plus factor to playing casual over competitive. I feel like whenever there is quickplay and ranked play in a game most casual players tend to jump into ranked because they believe it´s the norm, or feel like they might as well play ranked since there is no true differentiator between the 2 modes, and usually if there is, it´s in benefit of playing ranked, i.e. golden weapons in Overwatch. If there was a less strict rule set to casual mode, that doesn´t change the core of the game too drastically, that would be the ticket to motivate casual players to play casual instead of ranked, if all they want is to have a good time. Maybe if souls were more rewarding so you could build faster, or less punishing respawn times. Something like that to keep casual players happy in their respective game mode. At the same time, demotivating them to jump into ranked play if that isn´t what they are looking to do with their time.

Maybe since you know, it's still just an Alpha phase, they just want more data on how people play their game, and the split pool made it worse for getting good numbers, I dunno.

This update so horible some heros ability so riduculesly buffed and some ridiculesly nerf. Also remove ranked is most awful thing you can do...

smurfs made it so hard for the devs to create a good matchmaking system. should just ban people who use alt accounts.

Bored of constant changes. Yeah that statement makes a lot of sense. Devs can’t win. Don’t balance the game and you muppets cry. Try new things in an ALPHA and you muppets still cry
