The hit/hurtboxes, servers, and balance are all hit or miss but overall I think it's a good thing ranked is out. Casuals and Sweats are separated and that keeps the game healthy. That clip of the passive Bugs was hilarious and what made it funnier is fact you got 15 rp for going through that hell.

As a finn main is not true, you candodge easily after they use up neutral to not get kicked, and after the second side air or first up special

Ranked is almost unplayable because every match is just a Finn foaming from the mouth to get you out with his first couple of moves. The other broken character is Superman and the chick from game of thrones. They both love to loop you and then spike you out. But finn takes the cake currently for most broken and I literally main him. I refuse to cheese people with Finn though and I try to at least wait till 70-100 to Combo them out the map. If we make this game unfun for other players it will die, I get that it’s fun to win every time. But being a loser to win isn’t winning.

I was just about to comment something along those lines. Of all the characters in this game I think he is the most broken. The size of his hit box, the strength and duration of his double up slaps, the fact that he has a move that spikes and hits on both sides of him, he has a freaking projectile and of course THAT STUPID UMBRELLA the amount of Mobility it gives him for free coupled with how powerful and disjointed it is in a game where you can't block and parrying is very difficult for some makes him imo the best or at least the most annoying in the game

I just got to master in ranked 2s with black adam, and it was relatively uneventful besides me learning that finn can brutalize you. But I knew from the start i'd never touch ranked 1s because it would be the most unfun thing imaginable, and It looks like I made the right choice

Multiversus as a game isn’t really built for competitive at the moment, it’s too unbalanced, I believe it’s a fun game, but it’s not in a good state for ranked, if not purely because of how many characters have ridiculously easy to use kill options

Congratulations on getting on the ground floor of this successful venture. You have monopolized on an opportunity to be the premier channel for all the Finn mains to congregate and complain about unbalanced every OTHER character is. 1. This game is played from a 2d perspective, but most attacks register on a 3d axis. Some moves like Steven's side air have a little extra energy to them that could be visualized better(like that did with BA's neutral air) but attacks like Finn's sword will miss hits like Arya's foot twisting out of the way. 2. Learn to get comfortable off stage...and I mean more than just your 30 percent kill combo.

Aside from the janktastic rollback issues I actually really like ranked. I'm a Harley main so idk if that invalidates my opinion but something gets me super pumped up when I know people are playing for stakes. It's why I'll taunt and wave dash and stuff in the match, I WANT you to start sweating and getting pissed, and ranked is full of tryhards. I actually win pretty often too so it feels even better. All I think multiversus really needs to change is maybe add a few frames to certain moves and mayyyybe make dodging give you a tiny bit more distance (cough cough finn cough). I've yet to see any genuinely unwinnable matchups.
