1. Mihawk(relative to shanks, maybe lower). 2. BB(Xebec of new gen if he manage to get 3 dfs, definitely the strongest villain pirate EOS but not as of now). 3. Kuma(portrayal and df) 4. Law(fought BB and did fine) 5. Crocodile(the 2nd in command after mihawk in cross guild, exceptional growth, a character that got defeated by preTS luffy but got stronger than him in marineford, yc1 at least). 6. Boa(can no diff yonko commanders and has exceptional df and 3 types of haki) 7. Jinbei(counters croc, but is not portrayed to be stronger than him and Boa, if he can defeat the likes of Queen with ease, then maybe). 8. Weevil(defeated that remnants of WB pirates and the navy needed an admiral to capture him). 9. Doffy(Cracker and Jack victim). 10. Moria 11. Buggy D. Clown

1) Mihawk 2) Between Blackbeard & Kuma. Kuma has wiped out whole armies for the Revolutionary Army. 3) Boa. Not only does she specialize in haki & a conqueror user, her df is op. She 1 shot Yonko Commanders & Vice Admiral all at the same time. Even Blackbeard was willing to kill her because she can turn him into stone.

Yeah I think I could have put her higher. The Shichibukai are very hard to rank. But I think Law and Kuma are a solid 3 and 4. Where would you put the rest of them?

@@theblankface I'm actually confident with my list. Again. Number 3 is Boa, who 1 shot Yonko Commanders & a Vice Admiral. Her haki is no joke & a conqueror user. Even capable of turning Blackbeard into stone who btw stopped a island cutting attack with 1 arm.

I respect that. Boa's Devil Fruit is crazy, I think Kuma without his emotions is probably immune to her Devil Fruit since he cant feel love or attraction.

@@theblankface I agree to an extent. Don't forget Boa turned Pacifistas into stone by kicking. She has a more direct version of that ability & haki does not make you immune to every single df ability.

Boa is definitely underrated, her devil fruit is kinda broken and she’s the strongest haki user in an island of haki specialists! It’s likely she has the advanced conqueror coating.

I agree with first two and last two but the middle, i dont know man, Crocodile or Jinbe doesnt seem to scale that high as for what we know atm.

I can understand how you feel about Crocodile, Crocodile suffers the most from pre-timeskip power-scaling, but Jinbe encountered Big Mom twice and performed fairly well against her.

Lmao Blackbeard is not beating Mihawk. The constant downplaying of “world strongest swordsman” is crazy in all of these videos. It’s a title based on strength and fighting capabilities. Nothing else. Pirate king and Yonko isnt based purely on strength and as BUGGY has proven, you dont need to be the STRONGEST pirate to be the King nor a Yonko. You need strength, money, influence and territory. Mihawk, Ryuma and Zoro’s supreme goal is based PURELY on strength, by virtue of that alone, theres a gigantic consideration to be taken here. Yeah Luffy happens to have POTENTIAL (which is now blooming) and prophetically linked to being the strongest being in One Piece, but at this stage? Mihawk is still a human calamity. He still DOESNT NEED a crew to destroy any one he comes across. Blackbeard? Aint nowhere close. Maybe if he gets a 3rd devil fruit but based on what we’ve seen and know? Nope. If Mihawk actually wanted to be Pirate King? He likely wouldve already done so. He just doesnt have the charisma and social capability to rally people to his side. Kaido had the entirety of Wano and his crew backing him so the WG never attacked him. Mihawk? Was jus floating on a chair, and everyone acted like he wasnt there to not have to deal with him

I think doflamingo should be way higher in the list in my opinion above boa, jinbe and crocodile and maybe kuma if we take into account that he’s the only warlord who awakened his fruit he also has all three forms of haki and outperforms base post time skip luffy, only losing to gear 4 on top of getting pierced internally by a gamma knife he’s most definitely top 3 or top 4 at least. And jinbe and crocodile don’t scale higher than boa and doflamingo just no way

I can see where you're coming from, I don't think Boa, Crocodile, Jinbe or Doflamingo are far apart in strength. They're most likely equal or very close. I could have some recency bias, but Doflamingo isn't usually placed higher than Cracker in most list (makes no sense to me). But from where the story is headed, Crocodile is going to one of the strongest former Shichibukai as is Jinbe, just for being on the Strawhats. And Jinbe is the only member of the Shichibukai (aside from Law) to actually fight a Yonko (Big Mom) and showed no fear in the face of that Yonko. Kaido had Doffy shook at just the mere thought of facing him.

@@theblankface touché but just because Jinbe wasn’t fearless from big mom doesn’t equate to him being stronger than doflamingo that’s most likely not the case and you do bring up a fair case being that Jinbe is now apart of the straw hats which should just make sense for him to scale to zoro and sanji possibly making him stronger than what oda anticipated and now we can actually scale jinbe I would rank him as 3rd yonko commander or at most 2nd commander level because I subjectively can see him prevail over queen, now that I think about it that would make him higher than boa but her petrifaction ability is still very important to take into consideration she might still win in a fight who knows. Anyways hope this comment expresses my opinion clearly also I was pretty excited to see you reply to my comment your content always makes me question my perspectives and make me contemplate a lot your seriously an underrated content creator I hope to see you gain traction in the future good luck!

@@uncreativename3705Jimbei is for sure 2nd yonko commander lvl. He was already equal to Ace before time skip, and had better feats than him, as well as better feats than Doflamingo, against stronger opponents.

@@vampiranya9939 maybe but ace became a lot stronger after he fought jinbe this is also before he became a 2nd division commander so we are not 100% certain that he’s 2nd yonko commander level, for more context read the ace novels.

@@vampiranya9939 well maybe he is stronger than doflamingo I’m not the writer of the story but I do have my assumptions that doflamingo is stronger considering he has a vast amount of feats but I don’t really know how they stack up to jinbe’s feats in terms of significance but because jinbe’s feats are very few I’m going to assume it’s doflamingo.

In my opinion mihawn should be above black beard Like blackbeard relies a lot on planing cunning and research rather than butting in head on like luffy and have a powerfull crew And overall if mihawk is a rival to shanks then he can easly just but in if he wants to Its just that mihawk achived everything with his strength alone while blackbeard more over grew with a plan rather than by being a beast

Agreed! Crocodile isn’t beating Boa or Doffy. Boa no diffs Yonko commanders and vice admirals, it took a much stronger luffy to beat doffy and even then it was a struggle. I like Jimbei but he’s not beating Boa or Doffy.

Tbh its feels to me like kuma got to high on the list rn he is just a mechanical being who doesn't possess haki anymore due to not being a living thing anymore so current kuma even if repaired still loses to gecko moria in my opinion if not repaired even buggy can win vs him which is sad
