My parents and I accidentally wound up in Shepherdstown, WV last year on our trip to Baltimore and Tyson Bagent is a veritable superstar in that town. A shocking number of people were wearing his Bears jersey. 4 separate people 1 day and he wasn’t even starting that weekend. Plus his college jersey was hung up and framed in the Japanese restaurant we went to
@AbstractMarcher3 сағат бұрын
@@woodyhitya It actually is not that hard to do heading to Baltimore, depending on the directions. He seriously is. The town and the surrounding area is so proud of him being in the NFL. He also is just such a humble and easy going guy. I grew up in the town next to Martinsburg, (Hedgesville) and I rooted for him back in HS while I was working in local news. He brought a lot of moxy and charisma to Shepherd. The team has had winning ways ( I was a senior band member during the 2015 D2 playoff championship game against NW Missouri State). He just elevated things to 11 when he was there. Between him and Brenton Doyle, Shepherd has a lot to be proud of.

Looking at the state of starting QB's around the league, I think he'll probably get a shot with another team. Bears will either get a pick for him, or some team will offer a just big enough contract to make it hard for the Bears to match it in 2026.

I think Rattler gets way too much shit for how he acted. He was a 17 year old that was told he’s the greatest in the country. I think it’s okay to be a better and more mature person now that’s he a grown man. SC teammates say he’s a great teammate. I do t think it’s fair to judge someone based on how they were when they’re literally mid-puberty.
@Gallalad110 күн бұрын
Yeah plus he really struggles in SC behind a non existent O Line (probably to his benefit considering where he landed). The Saints fans are high on him even after Carr's performance yesterday. Personally though I want him to ride the bench for a year. Carr isnt the greatest QB ever but he's tough as nails and extremely accurate, traits Rattler needs to build up.

Malik Willis is absolutely way too high on this list. He always looked serviceable in the preseason, but anyone who follows the Titans knows that Willis was one of the worst quarterbacks to put in a uniform in the NFL in the past 20 years. That guy was fuckin terrible. Every time he was on the field it looked like he had zero idea how to throw a football and had zero pocket presence.
@fatherlesss13 күн бұрын
Not a titans fan but when Willis played in the London Game last year i literally was yelling at my TV “GET OUT OF THE POCKET” for 10 minutes straight. He has the worst pocket awareness of any QB i’ve ever seen play. It’s a shame, because i truly thought he would be a great pro but he just keeps shooting himself in the foot. Hopefully he can turn it around it Green Bay… aaaaaaand he just took a sack to end the game :(
