I've been in the high 60s with it and it's just fine. Obviously you can't camp near Gen 2 for 19 hours solo like the you can with the ice staff, but if you're training with multiple people, the lightning staff can get you unstuck pretty easily.

Divine_Beasty you haven't been to 50+ on either versions of Origins. The only staffs that will kill are Ice and WIND. Fire won't kill after 60 along with erroring the game. Lightning starts making crawlers after 35+ . Unless you are a casual player, the Lightning staff sucks.

just a simple guy .-. Yeah Bo3 did really devalue a lot of the wonder weapons but I still found it to be exciting enough to use the Mark 2 again I think it was a great addition to chronicles and although I would’ve loved it added to the normal Bo3 maps it lets chronicles stand out a bit more

Lighting destroys the panzer, has ammo and can get you out of trouble quick. Ice staff is great, but isn't a save me weapon if trapped quickly and wind staff doesn't do squat to Panzer. Fire is too glitchy

Cody Harmon the lightning staff is an awful save me wonder weapon in high rounds, sure you can spam it but it just makes crawlers and takes too much ammo to kill them

And what makes you believe this? You realize the "og ray gun" starts to struggle to kill anything in the 20s. Once it hits 40s it's basically useless. I could agree with the Sliquifier though. It is very strong and may deserve that spot.

The death gauntlet from ae is so underrated, on higher rounds when the zombies move quickly, you can abuse the spawns and get 50+ kills with a single charged shot from the exaulted version. The Achilles heel is that it unfortunately doesn’t spawn drops, but it also acts as a monkey, and you get 16 charged shots
