Personally ictv is way too slow for me so I usually do ctv since it's still good for stuff like casino.

heck, since im a stealth-lover, suit's going into my S-tier! my least fav? the kevlar jacket. i dont use it because if i have high money, i'd buy the CTV if i dont have Armorer [ACED]. if i don't have enough money to buy kevlar, i'd just buy heavy, because i don't really see/use kevlar. kevlar is 950k, but just doing 1 heist [maybe the ozela] can literally give you enough to buy CTV, and if i just do ozela with 500k [the price for heavy], i'd get 2.5mil which i can just buy CTV! so kevlar is my least.
