If you use the arteus (or however you spell it) with the Sardonic visor, it almost gets rid of the teeth because it’s about the same shade of grey

It's so true you can love a design but it doesn't "feel like me" and end up not using them. I also notice my friends helmet choices can really represent them so well, it's uncanny! Like I'll look at some helmets and go "yep that's my buddy right there" haha

Commando is probably my favourite in Infinite, aswell as the Reach version of the Scout. And you can't go wrong with an ODST version, so Firefall would probably also complete my S Tier

My favorite helmet of all time is the Achilles helmet or whatever it’s called from halo 5. Instead of samurai they should have made an armor core looking like an actual spartan

Chronomage, the Yoroi EVA, is a redesigned Halo 3 EVA as the visor pattern is the same. Would be in B tier for me just for that reason.

I just wish they would make event items permanently obtainable as I never did the limited time events in Season's 1 and 2 (Except for Winter Contingency) due to me hating the challenge system before the Winter Update made it tolerable, though I hope with the changes to event becoming operations in Season 5 as the items there while locked behind a paywall after they end at least they can be obtained at anytime now makes me hope it'll apply to pre-season 5 event items.

As a Kawari fan, I am hurt. It looks amazing with the dragon shoulders balancing it out. Dragon shoulders make the samurai too wide, Kawari makes them too tall. Together, they are perfect.

The Santa helmet looks very similar to Halo 5 Achilles (enlarged), which is horrifying if that is how the helmet's design ended up in Halo Infinite 😥 My top helmets would be the Mk 7 Security, Halo Reach CQC and Helghast/German WW1 helmet. Fracture helmets get their creative liberties, but so many are really ugly 🤣 Every Halo 5 helmet for me, would be above most the fracture helmets.

@@candidklutz5056 color balance is important for the helmets. They’re very extreme designs so a flashy and multicolored coating (like the ones they got sold with) just make it all too much. A subdued coating that allows the helmet’s shape to breathe is best

I'm not too into Aviator with its default look, but once you add the CBRN attachment it looks much, much better in my opinion. I'm glad for this as I'm into aviation and like to add as many pilot themed parts to my armour as possible. :D

I've just always enjoyed the CQB helmet since Halo 3 but didn't generally use it. More recebtly I decided to make up an armor kit I could use across the different games. Chose the CQB helmet with the matching shoulders for Halo 3. For the rest had to go with Grenadier shoulders as they lack the matching shoulders. Besides Halo 4 which just doesn't have CQB at all. Halo 5 I don't know whwre the game is anymore that spartan is just permanently in Hellcat armor

Anubis S-tier like it should be great tier list but honestly mk7 security is one of my faves too better than prior versions. Also the attachment Extender Gryphos for the extender helmet wan't talked about which is sad because it completely remakes the helmet into a Samus Aran or boba fett type helmet which I fell in love with recently.

I poked in here just to see where ya rated the HAZOP helmet. For obvious reasons. =p Joking aside, I didn't really disagree outside of the 'flood' stuff getting shafted per the "I don't want to wear a disease" thing. That particular reason felt a little more skewed than the others did. At least with them you pointed out where the flaws were - mostly - but the Flood armor was kinda glossed over. I was even kinda curious as to your thoughts on their designs whether they got rated highly or not. Ah well, still a great tier list.
