When you compare it to other rifles it's obviously not very good, but when you think about how versitile it is and how well it can be used for any fight it really does stand out. Can be used for close range mid range far range, especially with it's buff to range. The Winnie is definitely A tier weapon because of how much it can do, but it's not amazing at anything. Tis a jack of all trades and one of my favourite weapons to use

@@roe__jogan Only a new player would say something as dumb as this .. 6 points of traits is nothing... levering on the winfield is by far the best and biggest buff that any weapon in the game can get from a trait, it's an easy teamwipe machine, and iron repeater makes it the easiest weapon to double-tap with. A gunfight advantage is always more important than healing.

I see Winfield in 5-6 star lobbies all the time, and run it in them too. At the end of the day, unless youre a true aim god (which you don't have to be to hit 6 star) the ability to two tap so quickly is incredibly powerful

high 5*, low 6* star, if you aim for the head and have HV + levering, winfield swift is the most versatile pick out of all, straight up better than a mosin up-close + able to trade shots with all long ammo at distance (same velocity as mosin, aim for head). The amount of ammo you get also means you wont run out any time soon and "swift" variant means you'll never be caught reloading. Too many people sleep on this gun.

Winfield + Leveling : road to victory in close/medium fight combat. I was 1 star, start to training with only Winfield as main and I got 2 star, 3 soon. It's a amazing weapon in the right hands (maybe not mine yet, but I will be good with that). The only problem is the low penetration of compact bullet, but a good strategy will take you alive of most of the bad situations (take me some time to learn that weapons aren't all in a gunfight.)

Why so many centennial haters? It’s a better range winnie. Trauma makes dealing with immolators easy and a Sniper version. They added fmj and poison ammo types. They also buffed it’s levering. You can bring some of the better pistols with it too to increase ammo cap, the scottfield and Pax. It’s one of my favorite guns other than the martini Henry. I’m a 5 star hunter so I don’t get much of the hate for it
