And the palette was nothing that she would ever like if it wasn't her friend and the eyeshadow shades in the palette are really mediocre. So, maybe she improved this year but she wasn't always like that

Love this!! Thank you!! I really wish when brands release large palettes that they would make their shades removable. I would be more inclined to buy a large palette if they did that. That way I can take what I want to wear and put it in a smaller palette and change it up if I want to. It's hard to hold such a large palette.

I've been working on my makeup skills for a few years now. I struggled with blending the most. I got that Rick and Morty pallete when it first came out and the first time I tried it I hated it because I felt it didn't blend well. Well I've since changed my favorite eye primer brand and gotten better at my skills and I revisited that palette and it really is beautiful! I've done some really beautiful looks with it recently. I also really love color. I've found that the glamlite formula is the one formula that doesn't irritate my eyes and contacts. So basically I have most of them now. I use them the most. I loved loved all the horror ones because I also love dark and grungy makeup too. I tried bella beaute bar because of you. I got the bejeweled palette and I'm in love!! Its so beautiful! I used that one alot this week. The only one you mentioned that is still on my want list is winter wonderland and I'll get that once it's in stock again. I agree with most of your choices. Thanks for another good video!

The level of love I have for eyeshadow is disproportionate to the amount I can physically enjoy it. Even if I could afford everything, it would be impossible to enjoy all the shades to the fullest. But damn I love some colorful powders! My hope is to try ensleigh reign in 2024

I actually think you look so cute with your hair tucked back! 😄 I sometimes use light inner corner shades but not always - I don't always love how they look on my eyes because mine are deep-set, but also because I feel like it can sometimes interfere with the colors I want to stand out on my lids

If I was a betting woman, I would have made some money today. At the beginning of the ranking, I guessed that the Cosmic Beauty palette was at the top. I’m sure a lot of us here thought that too. It looks like a pretty palette, and I’m now very tempted to get it for myself, even if I’m slightly scared of all the blue. Thanks for taking the time to rank the palettes! I don't know how many of us would have taken that bet, though. 😂I have the Winter Wonderland palette and I love it, it's one of my top two and the most fun to play with. In addition to the blues, there are teals, a matte mint green, and purples in it. You can do a lot with it and I've used it to finish off looks from other palettes as well.

Don’t be scared of the blue shades. It really has more green/teals and purple shades! I’m not drawn into blue and still got this palette and no regrets at all! Need to play with it more though.

Lol about the inner corner highlight...as you keep mentioning it, I'm thinking that I rarely use an inner corner highlight, partly because it never tends to last on my eyes that tear up when I go from cold to warm or warm to cold temperatures (as in outside to inside). There are some looks I do though that just really need that bright spot. For those, if there's nothing in the palette and I don't want to reach into another, I just use whatever highlight I'm using that day. I agree also on that Yucca palette. For me, I really really love a palette with an undertone in common, whether the actual palette is monochromatic or not. I get yellow base from all the Yucca shades, even though they are not all yellow, and I love that. Also, your hair looks amazing!!

I loooove the Oden's Eye Christmas palettes! I am so happy I didn't buy the two from last year before, but bought all of them this year though, because last year's palettes were a little dark in themselves, but together with these newer ones I'm having so much fun! I rarely use just one of the palettes. The Christmas Dream palette and the Christmas Eve Palette are the only ones I have made full looks with, otherwise I treat the four palettes as one and use at least two of them in one look. And I am over the moon with that purchase! 😁😍😍😍

I love these ranking videos of eyeshadow palettes you do every year. I need a light inner corner shade as well, if it doesn't have it I do use my highlighter but yes an inner corner highlight shade makes the palette complete. Omg ND Yucca palette is my fav ND palette that has been released this year too. I haven't picked it up because I was waiting to see if it would go on sale during BF but now I'm waiting until Boxing Day. Angie you're the reason I brought 2 palettes from Cosmic Brushes this BF. The Winter Wonderland palette was sold out and I couldn't pick it up, hopefully I can pick it up during Boxing Day. Also, Oden's Eye thanks to you I have purchased from alot the last 3 years. The one we’ve all been waiting for!!! I loved this video last year, it’s so exciting seeing all the fun palettes that were released throughout the year! There’s always so many I’ve forgotten about, like the UD ones with the trippy packaging I love lmao. I bought both palettes in your Helaween collection and omg, I love and use them so much. Definitely top tier for me. Just used the LG blues yesterday! I adore the cool toned reds in ToT, they are truly so stunning, but I love all the shades really. You killed it with the color stories!! I use both of them multiple times throughout the week, I really love them! I created a full on blue look with Little Ghost yesterday and the Christmas Eve palette from last year, they worked beautifully together! Haunted House + Blue Star… yes 💙💙 Aside from your OE palettes, I didn’t buy many palettes this year, mostly went for singles to add to my collection in that dept. But I think one of my favorites I tried this year was Pastel Garden by Bella Beaute Bar, I wish I could’ve tried all their other releases, but that’s their only eyeshadow palette I have so far! It’s super pretty. I also have the Oracle palette which I bought last year because of you lol. It was like my first indie makeup purchase, I instantly loved Bella Beaute Bar after that. They are so great and still just keep improving everything! I hope that I can try more of their launches soon! Recently Deinfluenced is one of my favorite color stories I’ve seen this year along with Basic Witch (I love purples) so I hope to try them at some point!!

I got to say Cosmic brushes (now Cosmic beauty) totally blow me away this year, it was my first time trying the brand with Muse palette and oooooo my days the quality is insane 👌 so then i picked up every release they did after that, Winter wonderland is just stunning, the purples in there are gorgeous, delicious delights is fantastic and Gothic is just heaven because purple is my favourite shade. ND Yucca palette is absolutely fantastic, i really hope she makes more midis like this, it's now my favourite midi from her. Bella beaute bar Basic witch palette omg i love love love, it was my first time trying the brand and i need more palette. Blend bunny sugar and grudge was my first time trying the brand and again i need more, the mattes are fantastic 👌 Oden's eye Jewels and gem palette is another banger i just love it and your trick or treat beautiful. Ace beaute floral collection palettes Flora and Begonia, fantastic palettes, I'm wearing flora today and every time i wear it i just can't stop looking at my eyes 😍 Unearthly cosmetics x Heather Austin Resurgence palette is amazing, i love that you can mix the mattes to create another shade. ND i need a nude is my everyday palette when i don't want to think about putting anything together and i just want to throw something on my eyes, she nailed it. Gourmande girls Haunted palette is gorgeous, great quality definitely want to try more from the brand. Oden's eye Flora story palette is beautiful, the shade best buds is absolutely stunning on the eyes. Nomad Ghost town USA palette i really enjoyed and i want to try more from the brand, Arttitude cosmetics another new brand i tried this year, i've really gotten into indie eyeshadows over the last 18 months, and that last palette they released was just stunning 😊

My favorite palette of the year was Warlock - but it was almost Rogue. I just loved how unique and beautiful all my eye looks came out with Warlock. I think my top 5 were Warlock, Rogue, Devour, both Helaween, and Wildflower. I had thought the Perfect World, Yucca, and Don’t Be Jelly would be in my top 5, but the Helaweens, Devour, and Warlock shoved them down to only being in the 10s.
