This is my Ranking Every Agent From Totally Good To Totally Evil Video! Valorant's lore has a surprising amount of potential characters with evil intentions that we know of!! Most of the agents on the protocol are totally good and would never intentionally hurt innocent people. But there are a few that definitely would rank closer to the evil side! What do you guys think?

The part about Reyna that really got me to see her as one of the most well written and complex characters on Valorant, is that she's most likely on the "evil side" of things due to her desire for revenge. But it's not just revenge for herself, it's for other people like her too. Reyna is terrifyingly bloodthirsty, but she's not selfish.

Yeah, considering things that happened between her and kayo in another timeline make Reyna in this world more interesting, I do want to know did kayo throw any tantrum when he saw Reyna and other radiants that cause humanity to suffer. Even Reyna is the head of the radiant side but having people like Astra, Skye, and Sage want to destroy humanity is a big red flag. Since kayo in the present time agrees to work with radiant and Reyna, that means all radiant including Reyna have proven that they are not a threat to humanity for now.

i agree. perhaps reyna was once very very kind, but after her sister died reynas heart of kindness was consumed by the raging flame of revenge. maybe her powers helped her get her revenge on the ones directly responsible but now shes cruel and can't seem to ever get the revenge that her sister would be 'worthy' of. i really don't think that reyna is that evil, especially wen compared to chamber who literaly kills many scientists for money. she was changed, probably for the worse, by her past and is most likely out for revenge on the humans in the name of radiants. i dont think its really her fault, although she is very bloodthirsty and seeks endless revenge.

Phoenix and Jett mustn't be placed as bad cause when they got their radiant powers no doubt Jett destroyed the place she worked and Phoenix destroyed his art school but if you were there in their place and suddenly you got power, I am pretty sure you won't be able to control your powers and may caused harm like they did. None can deny the fact it was just an accident that can be committed by anyone of us. And they can't be placed as bad cause everyone can see their nature as they are just so naive and sweet personalities.

The difference is that Kay/O is a robot. "If I knew that someone is from the future", but he isn't someone, it's just an object. It was programmed a certain way, nothing more, nothing less. Also, Killjoy could easily hack its interface to see if it's lying or not tho

I think what makes a big change between Kayo's timeline and the present is the mirror earth event. In his timeline, the mirror earth event may never exist because he himself looks surprised with that concept. That will explain why he agrees to work together with the radiant and Reyna in the present timeline because everything didn't play out as his future timeline. Sage is also on the radiant side in that timeline, isn't it?

I think Chamber is much more than everybody tries to picture in him. The morality and classifying as good and evil only is truly not fair for his character. He might seem like a villain but it's heroes' part of the job too when they cause hundreds of deaths of civilians to stop the evil. I think Mirror Chamber wouldn't just agree to break the radiant collider because of "our" Chamber's plans to stop Mirror Earth - I want to believe it is bigger problem than we can imagine now, considering lack of lore. Maybe that was less evil to kill scientists while breaking the collider to prevent something really bad to happen in the future. Or maybe I'm just too biased, 'cause I just love Chamber 😂

My point is that sometimes the world around ppl can mold them into a different person (omen says viper used to be a healer and she was a different person so it’s extremely likely she wasnt always the way she is in valorant)

7:03 I may have a theory as to why he isn't giving Omen the information he wants, as it's been hinted that sage and viper were there when what happened to omen, I think either the higher ups of Kingdom or viper and sage themselves have paid cypher to not disclose the information until his condition has actually improved. Omen may not be a bad person but he isn't in the perfect condition to take news where he learns that the people he works with were there when what happened to him happened and that they had been keeping it a secret from him.

i honestly think Killjoy is the most neutral. Killjoy just wants to improve herself, her knowledge and her inventions. She gave Mirrorearth the chance to attack Earth 1 by inventing Teleporters (but also her Earth1 self invents teleporters to counteract EXACTLY that), she doesn't mind dying to the spike if it means she tried to improve, shes kinda non-emotional. No Mallice, No pure hearted intentions, she just wants to invent. I kinda admire that. And i don't even have her unlocked. (maining Chamber and Yoru) I feel similar about chamber, though he seems more like he'd do things for his personal gain, talking about money and stuff. He seems more egoistic, while Killjoy seems just... overambitious? But im so unsure about Chamber. Him having fears of the Incident being uncovered (judging by the Fade shorts) makes me think that EITHER: Hes a COMPLETE Egocentric, doing EVERYTHING for his personal gain (even teaming up with "himself" and not trusting that person for the same exact reason) OR he has knowledge, that we don't and is just completely stuck in the mistakes he made, and the lies he tells to cover it up in order to keep his place in this world.

Lawful Evil: Chamber, Viper Neutral Good: Jett, Pheonix, Neon, Skye, Killjoy Chaotic Good: Yoru, Raze Chaotic Neutral: Breach, Cypher Chaotic Evil: Reyna Feel free to debate me on these, especially Kayo, Reyna, Omen, Viper and Cypher. I have a solid case for Omen, but until we see him actually do something in the VP he's kinda a mystery. I feel like the factors that were taken into account for most of the agents were: personality, harmful actions, affiliation, goals, methodology, and justification. All in all, I don’t think that Reyna should be cut some slack simply because her anger came from a reasonable source. Evil almost always come from a place of hurt, doesn’t make it less evil though.

10:00 I genuinely don't think Viper is a bad character. She's not good and not bad either. She's a mad scientist who experiments on living creatures and kills people with poison. But if we are talking true to heart, I don't think she's a mad one. It's more like her research was used against or her she was forced to do some researches in past. Like her ace voiceline is, "You wanted a villain, I gave u a villain". More like some third party people used her, and that caused her to transform her character. The experiment probably went wrong or something. My guess is that Viper requested KJ to create a machine for Viper to experiment her tests. So maybe that's why Reyna also blames KJ for accepting to create the machine but despises Viper more for killing her sister. I don't know much about the lore so correct me if I'm wrong.

As a cypher main i think he should be with Breach. Dude is both friendly to agents (killjoy or phoenix) and at the same time pretty messed up (losing his family, killing). His voice lines imply that he has always been killing people and will use every mean available to him, even ones he doesn't like, like targeting the children of his targets.

I feel like some of the agents listed in the evil spectrum are more "neutral" than evil. Like, I can see Chamber as a "bigger picture" guy(like, why would Mirror Chamber even doom his own planet? It might benefit him in the short term with war and all, but eventually his planet will die so he won't even have business at all, there's clearly something more to the Fracture incident that meets the eye), and Reyna is only fueled by revenge and we dont have that much things about her that actually is evil(having revenge isn't as evil as enjoying it). Viper is the most evil in my opinion, she is clearly messed up, and those with redeeming qualities despite their crazy tendencies won't help anything about it. I can't imagine what her Mirror Earth counterpart is like. Though for Astra, her relationship with Reyna is kinda weird, to the point where she basically hates her for seemingly no reason,which would justify putting her a bit further down the evil spectrum until we get more info on both of them.

I feel like Mirror Chamber wants to kill Chamber and take his place on the original earth. During his introduction trailer he aimed at Chamber but didn’t shoot him because he decided he needed him alive a little longer. Also it is clear that both Chambers do not trust each other.

New patch 4.04 with the Blackmailer’s Dossiers has brung in some detailed information about Brim, Omen, Chamber, and Sage’s past (as of now). I like this list, has a pretty sturdy outline followed with facts! One of the things I enjoy about agent lore is that majority if not all of the agents are still hurt from their past or are trying to avoid that hurt. Sova is a seemingly ruthless killers, but is one of the most wholesome people on Valorant Protocol, bigging up his teammates, doing anything for his friends and even sparing his Double. Cypher kills, assassinates, stalks and collects everything he wants to know about anyone, but he has lost his family and simply doesn’t want that to happen again. Viper has lost someone dear to her, causing her enough pain to stop healing people and start using her chemicals for warfare, even laughing and going into descriptive detail about killing her victims.

just a clarification on Chamber The fracture incident, is such a interesting plot point, Chamber is a weapons dealer and fueling the war greatly beneficts him. BUT, he also talks about a bigger picture, maybe it has to do with the fact of Kindom as a company, and basically stopping the war between two worlds would mean Kingdom as a company ascending into a "morally untouchable status", this already happens in real life, not with companies but with some people, like he is a weapons dealer in a war but even him acknowledges the risk of Kingdom taking the credit. Despite of that he still would rank as the most evil.

Sova also says he hunts men and beast, so he has done harm also when talking about the enemy jett he says "their jett is fast... so are rabbits and squirels, i hunt both". Also sova is honourable (probably the most) and wholesome not as pure as some of the previous agents

Even if you dismiss what Raze and Breach say, you cannot deny what Kingdom did to Cypher's hometown was immoral. Their dealings with their Omega Earth counterparts only increases suspicions .Brimestone may be good guy, but he does have strong ties to Kingdom. He is not an outstanding paragon either. He may have done some shady things when he was in Kingdom. He definitely is definitely ok doing some questionable actions to further his goals. Brimestone approves of Viper's immoral research using human souls to help Reyna's sister. It's like what you said. The Valorant world is a world of greys. Everybody is trying to further their goals and willing to do immoral things to get things done. Reyna has given up on the good in people's hearts. Their may be good people like Sova; however, these people are never in positions of power. All one can do is try to look after yourself and the people you care about in this world.

I feel like putting viper there because she enjoys killing is like in the comment before kinda weak....Just like a lot of characters she is not a saint BUT we do learn that she cares about other people....in brim logs she seems concerned about pressure on sova.Also we know viper was in past life before Valorant a very respected scientist that helped people which is mentioned by omen: "Just think, Sabine. You used to heal with your skill. Funny." and what she says on match start "Let's take from them what they took from me... everything!" or "Hurt those who hurt us." also "I will not lose my home again!" we also see a weird interaction beetwen sage and viper "Viper, have you thought about my offer? You don't have to." "Never, EVER assume you can help me. You can't help me, you can't help them!" and "Sage, you're the only one who can keep us alive. Don't fail us now like you failed me then." Look she specificly mentions you can't help THEM which could and might possibly relate to enemies but also might again go back to what omen says AND we kinda might have something here with people just putting like a nameplate on her after all her mentality is not well....which could go back all the way when something happened back at the kingdom lab and turned one of her friends (omen) into....well.....a....idk how to describe him honestly XD not entirely a monster but not that much of a ghost as well so her past might have caused something on her like on her entire past probably when cypher calls her sabine... cypher could be defended a bit more, as his way of work is literally keeping secrets. hiding omens secret might be incriminating to viper, and so he stuck to the middle ground by putting the info at a price.

I think Sova should’ve been lower. He’s incredibly wholesome, one of the nicest agents (if not *the* nicest) according to a talk between Viper and Brim overworks himself without admitting it purely for the team’s benefit and safety, and hasn’t been hinted to have done really anything bad, on purpose or accident. He should’ve been IMO after Sage.
