You know, fun fact about Gwyn's theme, he's so afraid of the dark that even his track is afraid of it. The black keys on the piano are never played, only the white keys. That detail just makes his theme so much more tragic.

I’ve gotta respectfully disagree with the 4 Kings placement. The arena, while thematically interesting, leaves a lot to be desired. The moveset is alright, but it’s just such an annoying fight. I love skill checks. Genichiro is a great example, same with O&S. But DPS checks just kind of frustrate me. Especially when the check essentially boils down to a super difficult gank. I agree with the whole thing about Haveling it up though. Heavy armor turns a lot of bosses into a joke, and saying it only works for 4 Kings ignores a few other bosses

It feels so bad as a DPS check partly because there aren't equal punish windows, so killing them in time can devolve into RNG. If you get a lot of forward slams and stabs, you can kill one extremely quickly. On the other hand, if they spam AOE's, grabs and that tracking projectile you literally can't no matter how tight you play

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Bed of Chaos isn’t a boss fight, it’s environmental hazard disguised as a boss fight. I prefer to run through Memory of the Old Iron King over and over again than have to fight that thing, at least I get a good boss fight at the end of an infuriating boss run

I know this has been beaten into the ground already, but good lord could I not disagree with the 4 Kings placement harder. It's genuinely my second most hated fight in DS1, behind only BoC, and I genuinely consider it a worse version of Elden Ring's Godskin Duo. I especially cannot fathom rating it higher than O&S.

All i did is try and trigger nito explosions thing which annihilate all his skeleton and deal as much as possible damage. 2 to 4 repeat would be enough but extremely tedious
