I think that yang yang deserves up one tier, mortefi isn't that great and deserves down a tier, encore I think also deserves maybe a low A, calcharo is def not D, but if this is for casuals then a lot of this makes sense. He's a very high skill character that can do ridiculous amounts of dmg if played properly. Everything else seems fine.

if you play him optimally he does just a bit less dmg than jiyan a character who is known to hold one button, and how optimal you can play him depends completely on the boss you are vs'ing. in a game with things like jiyan and jinshi doing all that reseting for the best run just to get a similar clear time to them isn't very rewarding imo. mortefi could also drop was overvaluing the 42% atk buff he gives plus quick rotation. As for yangyang... i just dont think shes exceptional or useful in any team.

yea basically every cc refused to admit he wasn't as strong as he seemed in the beta and with all the nerfs to quick swap and the original nerfs to his numbers hes been ass since launch

Camellya is in her own tier, why is she in A? lol, her basic attacks are as strong as Jiyan's ult, massive burst damage comparable to Jinshi, auto parries ez mode bossing, huge AoE and mob grouping required for current hp inflated events, she's the first SS unit.

@@xecyc7951 jiyan also auto parries bosses, she does good dmg but it's more risky than jinshi. Let's say she does 5% more dmg than jinshi but lacks all the quality of life that jinshi has such as 2 cinematics pausing the clock and making you invulnerable. That qol is worth more than 5% more dps.

@@dimani3 when played at the highest (i'm emphasising "highest") level he can actually do better than jiyan at the highest level, but I still agree with your placement in d coz it's unrealistic how much effort it takes.
