Ranking Every Episode of Thomas and Friends (Series 3)

It's time to move on to the Angelis era of the classics, and I have some... thoughts on it. Good or bad? Well, watch and find out!

Season 3 was the Season I was born into. I didn’t like it at first due to them not introducing that many characters but when I look back on it’s production and the limitations I consider this my second favorite.

The production is certainly impressive and they did a really good job once again with the sets, I think it’s biggest problem was the stories

Thomas, Percy and the dragon... I've had nightmares as a kid of that dragon, and yet it's my favorite episode in the whole franchise

I'm with you on the music. The synthesizer music from Season 2 was AWESOME!! I really wished they had kept building on that instead of replacing it with the orchestral music. The engines' themes felt really watered down, especially Harold's

Of all the episodes in season 3 Thomas Percy and the post train is my favourite 😊👍🤩😎

FACE REVEAL 😲... I know you've revealed during shorts and posts etc but still 🤣😜 This series was certainly a transition and lots of the episodes were taken from the comic's of the time which weren't as developed as RWS stories obviously. But you did a great job my friend ☺️🚂🚃

I did some wiki diving afterwards and was both surprised and not surprised that my least favorite episodes were mostly all non-Awdry stories, go figure…
