I think it is great, but there is one problem. I noticed that you put quick claw in c tier. However, quick claw is very good as it sometimes consistently makes you go first, and should be above c tier. I think that quick claw should be in S+++++++++++++++++++++.

Flame orb also won't burn you on Misty Terrain. Can burn anything with Fling (except fire types duh.) It can only burn non-grounded Pokemon (Flying or Levitate) when Misty Terrain is active. 😋

Ring Target, along with Lagging Tail, are probably the only two items worth an item slot purely to trick/switcheroo them to an opponent. Well, maybe Flame Orb and Assault Vest too, but you need specific abilities to make those worth it.

i did a sash whims with an eject button milotic - full spdef and hp evs , to set up light screen and whims with u-turn , set up and tailwind and screen and let your back mons do the talkinggg , when milotic comes back in with life dew and whatever atk you choose , it worked pretty well 🥱🥱 for 3 battles... 😂

I feel like there is an argument to be made to move King's rock up a bit, since it is affected by multi-hit moves. So your Skill Link Cloyster suddenly not only fires off 125 power, sash breaking attacks, but also has a 50% chance to flinch. That's nothing to scoff at.

I found flame orb sigylph hilarious. Magic guard prevents the burn damage and psycho shift let's you burn the opponent. Then cosmic power stored power for offence and I think roost for recovery? Don't know if that set up still works but it was a fun way to consistently burn physical attackers.

I think you might have missed the low HP stat boosting berries (e.g. salac berry). I think they're in SwSh but I'm not completely sure. I've seen them used along with fling to proc weakness policy / justified which seems pretty good. Not sure how you would rate them.

Binding band actually increases the damage of the trapping moves from 1/8 max hp to 1/6 per turn. The one that increases the duration is a grip claw.

Really good wideo, helped me learn and grow a big brain. One of the items you forgot was the new heavy duty boots, which I think are not quite as useful in vgc at least because I haven’t really seen entry hazards as an issue in the format. Maybe the boots are better in singles though, on Pokémon like charazard.

It's exactly as you said. Entry hazards are basically not used in VGC, so a Pokémon holding Heavy-duty Boots practically has no item. In singles, on the contrary, it's almost mandatory to have it on Pokémon that 4× weak to Rock
