I actually felt bad for Whisp. She had so much anger to Gigi and was jealous. She was jealous because she had nothing and Gigi got everything. Whisp was just misunderstood. She had a good reason to be mad and I can't blame her because I would be angry too.

Idk about “Gigi having everything”. The whole point of whisp even existing was so Gigi couldn’t feel lonely. The only thing positive that Gigi really had was the power to grant wishes but she would only have temporary friends because of the rules of the lantern. So imagine the only real friend you have turn on you for something that you couldn’t control. I think whisp had a right to feel “invisible” because of the situation. But the way she treated Gigi and never really took accountability for her actions rubbed me the wrong way. In the end she even got what she wanted when she necessarily didn’t deserve it.

Same, and since hearing about Spelldon, I’ve been super happy that Garrett Sanders (creator of MH) tried to incorporate more LGBT+ friendly characters. If/when MH comes back (unlikely, but a ghoul can dream 😔🙏), I hope they don’t make Spelldon a flat, random character whose only purpose is to be Valentine’s love interest - I would love it if they made Spelldon a well thought-out character with a backstory and original personality.

The only thing I would ever change about whisp is her ending colour palette!!! I like her colours, they’re very cute, but her original colours are to die for. The different shades of purple are everything, I really wish purple wasn’t portrayed as an evil colour so often and it was used more for the protagonists.

I did like how you stated that him being gay and his motives were due to social norms. *#2 Nefera and Ramses De Nile (Former: Various Episodes and Boo York. Latter: Boo York)* My opinion (Nefera): At we at least finally see the reason for Cleo’s nature in the first season. My opinion (Ramses): I got nothing. *#1 Wisp (13 Wishes)* My opinion: I enjoyed Wisp in 13 Wishes. She exploits Howleen’s insecurities and how Howleen’s desire for popularity allows her to easily fall under the influence of Wisp. I can relate to Wisp too, as she wanted to be recognized and disliked how Gigi would spend more time with her finders than her. I feel like that sometimes when my friends won’t spend time with me.

I’m not sure if you’re aware, but Kieran Valentine actually found the lamp, and used his wishes to fix his mistakes that he made in WDGFIL. After that backfires somewhat, he uses his last wish to ensure that he can always communicate with Whisp, so they will always be friends. It says in their dairies that they are still best friends.

You know, for a series about monsters, MH’s villains do feel pretty human. They may have done bad things by accident or on purpose, but they can make up for it. And I think that’s great for the message of the franchise. But man, all of them deserved so much better. Half of them guys never even had dolls! I’d’ve killed to see Lilith return. We need real normy dolls, and why wouldn’t you include as many Van Hellsings as possible? Whisp and Valentine 100% needed a movie to team up and get back at those who humiliated them, but then realize they’ve been huge jerks and help the ghouls stop a larger threat. Half the pieces were already there in their dolls!

Too be honest a true villain in Monster High 13 Wishes is Gigi herself. I mean she was actually the one who created Whisp. She trapped her as her own shadow and Whisp had her own feelings. Her own thoughts but Gigi never cared about that. Gigi created Whisp so she could have company. She created her only for her selfish benefits and when Whisp started to be against her, she decided to hate her and manipulate everyone that she is the evil one. The truth is that the only things Whisp ever wanted is being alive. Since the only way to being alive for her was manipulating others and turning them evil. She did exactly that. But if this is her fault? No. For that only Gigi can be blamed. Gigi could give Whisp a true life but she never did that. Hawline was the one who was able to understand Whisp motive and thanks to Hawline Whisp is free. Gigi never cared about Whisp. She only created her for her own selfish benefits and this is why I hate Gigi. She reminds me Max from Life is Strange. Just like Max she wants everyone to look at her like a good person but in reality she is evil. Stoker oh my. This guy is literally Eredin level from Witcher 3. Even worse. Too be fair I forgot about him for the long time. I mean as a vampire he wasn't able to do anything to Draculora expect being able to manipulate her for 5 minutes. He's really stupid and he even was defeated in the end. I disagree about Rocco and Gary being likebable. They were sexist to the end. Van Hellscream is actually such a good villain when we talk about kid show. He really is manipulative and even disgusting when we thinks about his crimes. He was really evil but was perfect written like he should be.
