1- why would all pokémon be after you? That doesn't even make sense in the lore of the world. Sure some of them would be, but many actively want to be trained or just enjoy the company of humans. For example, why would a Pidove be after you? 2- that last stipulation immediately made me lose interest, because it just means that every single region would be unlivable. That just completely changes the whole idea for the negative. At that point you are no longer rating the regions themselves, you are rating some weird ultra hostile version of them
