Just a note on urgots ultimate, the execute isn't the part that makes this ability busted, it's the aoe fear on it, imagine Mundo, sylas, and every other brusier with this ultimate, you clear one target and then you can get an aoe fear on the enemy team

I think for Kennen‘s ult you forget, that the stun isn‘t part of the ult, but comes from his passive, which you wanted to distegard, as you did with brand‘s.

The same is true for Fiora, whose ultimate fully unlocks her passive on a target and creates a healing area around them should she fully proc it (or kill them). In Sylas' hands it shouldn't actually do anything. Similar story with him stealing basic abilities of most champs in the N/A tier (and Udyr who should be there) and Kennen's passive. So disregarding Kennen's passive is kind of a moot point, since in the context of other champions the passive is included.

Yorick: Permanently summons a sixth champion for your team who auto-farms minions and turns them into your own, boosts Yorick's own attack power, drains nearby enemy health and constantly applies on-hit effects, and can be ordered to independently splitpush a lane, forcing enemies to abandon objectives to deal with her while Yorick himself helps elsewhere. Vars: She's weird. C tier.

The big problem is that she is the hardest summon ult to actually control. Her main goal is to push a lane, which kinda makes her a super minion. Combine this with ghouls only being able to be with either Yorick or Maiden and not both, and it seems to be more of a crutch than a buff. Of course, her ability to push out waves turns her into a macro problem for the enemy team, but she’s functionally an iron inting sion with a really long respawn timer. If you could control her the same way you can control Daisy, then she’d be absolutely busted.

The answer is Malphite. Its simple, its fast, and it can decide teamfights on its own. In situations where it does not win the fight, it will atleast be one of the best setup tools in the game for wombo combos and other followup. This abillity is worth malphites weight in pure gold.

It's what I'm saying. Malphite is "no questions asked" ultimate. It is purely good at any stage. It is good for teamfights, and good for picks. It's good when you are behind, when you are equal and when you are ahead. AND it can be used to escape. It's just all-round amazing. And with some ability haste + ultimate hunter, it has a relatively low cooldown as well.

It removes shields? Damn, that's crazy. I didn't know because whenever I'm either role in the bot lane, I literally ALWAYS ban Blitz... (my main sup picks are Senna, Sona, and Ziggs), no matter who I'm playing, without flash, 1 hook = certain death. It feels like an Urgot ult that executes you from 100% instead of 25%. If Samira could still E through friendly units I might consider banning someone besides a hook champ - if someone else bans Blitz, I'll ban Thresh, if both are banned then Pyke or Nautilus. I guess I see them the same way as most top-laners view Vayne top and hate any form of ranged-top, except even more shit-flingingly irrationally. I wanna slap them through the screen haha

the worst part about bel'veth's ultimate is that, unlike viego's, it doesnt actually make you unable to take damage. So not only do you need to wait for you to have already killed someone to get your stat boost, but it leaves you vulnerable while you are trying to use it. A lot of my deaths testing her have just been someone in the enemy team killing me while I was charging my ultimate. So most of the times you cant even try using it in the middle of a team fight to get the damage of, and instead you just try to use it while no one else is around.

Viego's ultimate just makes him unstoppable, not invulnerable what makes it strong is his passive because during that he is untargettable and he also gets a reset, so the combination of viego's passive and ultimate is what is far superior to belveth's.

In my personal opinion akshan ult is the worst ultimate in the game. The shocking lack of consistency it has in exchange for the extremely marginal increase in damage in comparison to caitlyn ultimate is so stark. It says a lot when akshan players will actively try not to use their ult unless absolutely necessary, and even when they do they try to charge it as little as possible to minimize the ample counterplay

Some ults that i think she be higher up is definitely Ekko ‘s ultimate. In the hands of a less skilled player it’s kill someone then get out of Jail free card + healing on it so even if you overstayed like when you flash to late you still die, you will therefor not even be punished if you over stayed a bit. In the hands of a pro you can literally turn any fight making it one of the most broken ults out there for sure.

Man I've played ekko enough to safely say he's definitely not B, bro you put ahri in S. It's a hard ultimate to pull off but when you learn how to use it you can be really strong, like imagine they're chasing you you drop w behind you and ult to it when they're right there, easy triple.

Honestly, I don't know what he even is talking about. He calls Ahri's R "ready on demand", but not Kassadin's. She can cast it a few times and that's it. Kassadin even at lvl 6 can cast it every 5 seconds. Having a flash every 5 seconds is better than 3 dashes every 60 seconds.

Fiddle being in B isnt fair. Its literally the most important part of his kit, and one of the most devastating ults in the game. yes, it relies on his Q, but sylas with a fiddlesticks ult is also devastating.

Nah, I feel as though Fiddlesticks’ ultimate by itself is actually just a worse Anivia ultimate, which makes it a fine placement behind hers. Yeah you get a short teleport, but strictly looking at the ultimate, its just a bit of consistent damage that you need to stand in the middle of a teamfight as a squishy mage to get use out of. Without the fear it’s pretty much an instant death sentence without Zhonya’s.

I would put yuumi r waaaaay down since you can’t use your spells when you use it, so when we factor in that with other champs you can’t sit on an ally it just handicaps you since it dose negotiable damage and locks you from casting other spells for around 2,5 seconds or whatever it is

Biggest disagreements: -Kassadin not in S. Kassadin ultimate is what I'd argue is the best in the game. The champion literally does not exist without it, and becomes stupid broken at level 11/16 because of it. It's not just good on kassadin, put this on any ranged champion and they are kiting gods who can never be hit, put this on any bruiser and they can run down your whole team. -Fiddle not in S: fiddle literally cannot function without it -Naut and Garen in S. Naut ult is a reliable knockup and thats great but its certainly not on the same level as Malphite, Malzahar, Skarner's cc ult. -Pantheon and Nocturne cannot be the same tier, Nocturne has to be at least one tier above. I'd say Noc S, panth B. -Jhin ult is garbage, just like the champion. Why is the ADC using a utility ult which deals barely any damage and just slows? -Graves, Ezreal should be moved down. Ezreal's ultimate ability does the same damage as his 2s cd q, is easy to dodge and is mainly used to stack his passive, Graves ult is basically the damage of his autos. -Thresh and Rammus ult sucks -MF, Ekko, Twitch all up. Ekko ult is strong enough without its crazy ap ratio, Twitch r lets him kill an entire team out of invis from completely safe range -Darius up: this one ability lets him kill entire teams on his own -Annie up: this is an insanely high damage aoe stun if used with annie passive

Good list overall, though I would've included the champions' kits into the criteria because you were pretty inconsistent on that front: Annie getting C-tier and Kenne S-tier, when both are designed to work with their respective passives, and likewise bumping GP down a tier because you chose not to include his Silver Serpents, is all a bit unfair in my eyes. Also, the fact you _sometimes_ included the criteria, "How much would another champion want this ult?" but _not for every entry_ was pretty weird. Like, I don't think LeBlanc deserves _S-tier_ on the basis of, "if another champion had this ult, it would be broken." Keep the focus on "how well does this work in a team fight/how game-changing can this be?", while still keeping the rest of their kits, and their kits alone, in the back of your mind.

Ahri actually relies on her passive to get extra stacks, so getting extra dashes is not applicable to anyone but her. However, I'd say that even with just 3 dashes it is still universally good enough to be S. Like almost everyone uses flash, and then imagine you have 3 extra flashes that also deal some dmg. Ahri's main weakness is her w and partly her q. E is fantastic and R is amazing. Q can be a great source of dmg+true dmg IF you hit both. W however is mostly good for finishing off enemies, or executing minions but it is lacking in overall dmg. Ahri may not be the strongest champion in terms of gamechanging teamfight mechanics, or pure dmg. But she has THE most fun ult in the game, as well as it being very powerful and versatile.

idk if it's just me but Cass's ult is just so unwieldy. The main flaw for me is the ridiculously long start-up that allows most experienced players to turn in time. It's great when you can flash (300s cd anyways) or hide in the bush or fog for surprise (the short and unclear range makes that unreliable most times though.)

She already has one of the best basic skills in her W, so I think adding venom passive to the ult or shortening the startup time a bit wouldn't hurt.

I think you should make a video on on-hit items, I think it makes balancing champions and other items extremly difficult. As long as your champion can apply on-hit effects effectively, it doesn't matter if you build full tank after your core items (botrk+any other on-hit item). It also makes playing tank against them extremely miserable

If you’re gonna be consistent about the passives/other abilities counting as much, then you should probably pull Kennen’s ult down as the stun comes from his passive ala Annie. Also I felt like a lot of people used K’santes ult for the kidnap about as much as the transformation. That’s more up for debate though.

I think voli should be as high, if not higher than nasus. While both are essentially just steroid ults, voli ult has a short dash that also deals really good dmg, and disables a tower for a bit.

I think Kayle's (current) Ultimate is high B-Tier, the Ultimate is good at Rank 3, however before getting to level 16 it does mediocre damage, invulnerability is way too short and the cooldown is unnecessarily long. Every champion in A-Tier is a threat the minute they receive their Ultimate at level 6 because it's that good, causing your opponents to become more careful and reduce their aggression, that doesn't count for Kayle.

Honestly, the only thing even remotely making Pyke's ult balanced is his passive preventing him from building any health and the massive delay on its cast. Imagine replacing the ult of a champion who likes to engage and has minor amounts of cc with Pyke ult. For example, Gragas now has Pyke ult but with a lower scaling and switched to ap. Gragas slows you with his Q and does half your health with his E + its auto attack buff then pyke ults you. Gragas can build nearly pure damage and still benefit from tiny amounts of health on some mage items or even just a single tank item.

For Poppy I would disagree as the ultimate is good in the context of her jungle role. Being able to say "fuck off" to multiple enemies that want to steal herald or dragon means that as long as you have this ultimate you have priority over any objectives.

I feel like bard got a bit shafted here with going into N/A since ye all ults are pretty situational if the situation is do i miss or not. Bard ult is good for zoning, protecting allies, catching enemies and towerdiving but if it's just N/A because it can be used poorly means most ults are N/A, Trynd ult is useless if you use it out of combat.

taric r in A but not in S is a major disservice to what is probably objectively the strongest ability in the game. kindred r is instant but requires you to lose like 85% hp to be "immortal" in it (and also can be a double-edged sword!), taric r requires game sense but even just hitting 3 people with it in a pivotal moment can completely win you a game all but single-handedly. there simply isn't an ultimate with more inherent value in the game imo

skarner r is not s tier 1. lowest r range in the game 2. can cc only one enemy that he has to be close to him 3. deals base 100dmg at third rank and it wont get higher since you want him to build as movment speed tank 4. your team has to know how to play around ulting the enemy the best scenario is that you r enemy carry into your team so even mele champs can kill it fast and enemys wont help him but lot of you teammates will miss their main skill shot while you are coming with the enemy champ into them or they waste cc like elise e or morgana q that could be used after the r or at the end of the r
