I always have trouble judging between 'what an average person could do' vs. 'what I could personally do' in thought experiments like these. I'm a black belt with 20+ years of training, so there are a lot of these where if it's me against 3 randos I take it like child's play.

You would probably get more than one spin on the snowboard. It would be head over heels but you could (and probably would) do it several times! That's just how snowboarding is the first few times you do it.
