Gosh whenever someone mentions The Promised Neverland, my hearts shatters. Season 1 is one of the best first seasons in any anime, and I've never read a single page of a manga at that time, but after every episode i was itching so much to read it, not even AoT has done that and it's my favorite show ever😭 Long story - the manga was in ending phase when season 1 released/finished, so the main goal was to do one more season and that's it. The main reason is because the anime promotes the manga, and buying the manga supports the funds and everyting, the anime is basically very long ads. So it being the last season, they decided to also include the manga ending. Which is horrible because they skipped 200+ chapters inbetween the ending of season 1 and the actual manga ending(mind you, the first season had around 60chapters adapted, so we could've easily had like 3-4 more seasons). So you will never get to see anything of those skipper chapters. Also the second arc after the season 1 is insane, and ever since the season1 finished, manga fans were waiting like crazy for all those moments to be animated, just for them to completely skip it all. It seems very impossible, but i would love for you to react to season one(and film it), then read the manga whenever you have time, and make one video talking about everyting that you read😪

Season 2 was fine, all it did was focus more on answering some *_genuinely interesting_* questions with some sweet scenes, before giving us more questions. I think it just wasn't was people were *expecting* from a "Season 2" ┐('～`;)┌

This show does have a Season 2! First 9 episodes or something like that are more of the side stories that were not animated (basically adventures of Boji and Kage lol) but after the it picks up with the story again :) I'm pretty sure there's a movie announced aswell, just to sure when that is going to come out

@@jaiharrish1244 It is! It's called ''Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage'', as I said, it's not really a season 2 since most of it are just side stories that they didn't animate during season 1, but it does pick up where we left off towards the end of the season :)

Nah lets not defame season one by calling treasure chest a full second season. Its entirely filler and side stories unrelated to the actual plot of the series.
