Nothing to do with the video and you may not even see it but you became one of my favorite small KZbinrs on here and are what finally got me into one piece proper. I've always skimmed the series here and there but never truly started properly reading one piece until I watched your one piece videos. Your videos are what convinced me to actually follow this series for good instead of just skimming because there is so much interesting content in there that I haven't even thought about before watching your videos. I'm currently at the Fishman Island arc and I hope to reach the current chapters soon so I can enjoy more of your videos talking about one piece

When I think about Blackbeard's brand of evil, his confrontation with Ace springs to mind immediately; specifically offering him a place on the crew. He had no qualms about turning in Ace but it wasn't personal either, he just didn't give a fuck about that man either way and if he could've gotten out of that without having to fight and with Ace on his side it would have served him just as well, maybe added an extra step in his plans. There's being out for yourself and then there's *Blackbeard*

I agree with putting Luffy in Chaotic Good, and honestly his rejection of being a hero shows how binary his view of heroism is. To him, being a hero means you have to put all personal aspirations aside in service to others. That’s his definition of heroism, and he rejects that because that would mean giving up his dream. However, my personal response to that, and I’m hoping that a character like Coby will bring up, is that heroism isn’t just about being heroic at all times. It’s about being heroic when it matters. Even if Luffy isn’t willing to sacrifice everything, he’s repeatedly put his life on the line to save the people he cares about. Hell, in Fishman Island, where he gave the meat speech, he almost died trying to stop the Noah from destroying Fishman Island. If that’s not true heroism, then I don’t know what is.

Okay hear me out bro. It’s now 2025. What about a one piece video on what it would be like if the various Vice Captains were actually the captains and vice versa. This can be a fun one as you can put a lot of spin of it beyond just picking the vice captains, but you could also just essentially show how the crew dynamics of certain groups can be completely changed with just a rearrangement of hierarchy. It might be too whatever to make a vid on but hey i like your grasp on One Piece characters and their morality and I think you could have a lot of fun with a character writing exercise like that

Kizaru definitely lawful neutral. Chaotic good, Garp and vegapunk. Vegapunk especially after egghead bc kizaru holds vegapunk accountable for his actions being the law. Vegapunk is a textbook rebel. Doing what he feels is just. Personally luffy chaotic neutral but bc luffy isn’t altruistic by nature. Luffy has to have a reason to be altruistic. Doesn’t make him evil just selfish. Luffy had to have his own reasons to save/rescue vegapunk

2025. It's hard to disagree with any of these. The only other Chaotic Neutral I was thinking was Kidd. The koby hate in this fandom is so insanely forced. I also think he is legit going to be the second strongest in the world after Luffy. Like no diff almost everyone else below him. And I am fully on the Fraudhawk train. Also, what is it about Greenbull that people don't understand? He seems pretty on the nose compared to most villains.

Out of everyone Nami is not neutral. She either neutral good or chaotic good. She wanted to save children at Pank Hazard when even Sanji refused to save them. Franky is also chaotic good. He always cries when hears people suffering and wanted to help Tontatta dwarves. Jimbe is lawful good? Lmao. I would agree with Zoro, but he more leans to good. He also helps people, first time we met him literally let capture himself for girl with rice balls. All Strawhats are chaotic or neutral good
