Dirty Fireworks is too anticlimactic to be anything more than a super attack tbh. Raging Blast really made the right call with most if not all of the Ultimate choices. The Final Burst Cannon Vegeta used against Final Form Frieza absolutely should be Scouter Vegeta's Ultimate in every game.

While most of these ultimates look really cool and great for the most part especially with the cinematic impact cutscenes a huge step up and improvement from the previous games, I do believe and feel that some of the ultimate attacks in the older games like Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and Raging Blast 2 looked better and had more impact like Super Janemba and Ultimate Gohan their ultimate attacks in RB2 and BT3 is better than their Sparking Zero variants IMO.
