Thanks for the hard work on this video! Dang 2024 was a long year...some of those palettes feel like they were released like 2 years ago haha. I was shocked when you ranked the ND hyper natural because I was certain that came out way more than a year ago. There were way too many good indie palettes that it was hard to purchase any because i wanted all of them. I did get the nomad fuji five lakes which is amazing and also the collabs amanda did with fantasy and amy did with adept. All 3 are absolutely beautiful and I could never begin to choose a favorite. Can't even imagine trying to rank 105 palettes! ❤

Hi Heather! Great list. I was able to get a few palettes this year, but none that were new to this year, they had been on my wishlist for awhile. I got the Blend Bunny Sickly Sweet palette, the Glamlite Garfield palette, and the Glamlite Rick and Morty palette. I love them a lot!

@@KarenMcClure77 Mrs A Beauté sells Bella Beauté Bar and Glisten Cosmetics sells Blend Bunny (both based in the UK). Monolith do ship to the UK but they are notorious for hiking up the prices of their palettes. I have bought from them before but it’s definitely only worth it when they are having a sale, otherwise it’s often cheaper just to purchase direct from the US sites and pay the shipping, especially if you have an influencer discount codes. Some international Indie brands are much more reasonable with their shipping prices, like Glaminatrix and Clionadh. Singe is ridiculously expensive - £30 for shipping a palette to the UK is extortionate!!

I’m sad that Ensley Reign was left out. I purchased many palettes from them off your recommendation. So while I know the drama has caused people to not include them in the yearly ranking I wish they could have been included for the product itself. Just judging the product and not the owner. Because like I said I purchased so many recommendations off your opinion on the formula and not the brands owner or politics. I think it’s seriously underplaying the situation with Ensley Reign to describe it as ‘drama’. Bigotry and discrimination are serious and have a massive negative impact on people’s lives. I’m relieved that Heather has excluded any mentions of this brand, as I am so disgusted by their behaviour that I do not care about their colour stories or formulas. The impact of hatred towards marginalised communities as well as scientific misinformation about autism is so incredibly harmful that it would not be in line with Heathers’s heart and spirit to ignore these things and continue to promote this brand.

Adore when brands step out of their lane ( luxury houses of artistry especially ) except for the *Limited* causing you to blink and miss the enticement for a regret pass- over # Byredo Mineralscapes ( I got it ), Givenchy 9.1, Dior backstage ( I got it) online just a disappointment leaving out part of gift sets ! 🫦, channel ( over-sized eye/ cheek), Lancôme ( both from Lisa Eldridge ) ect. Seeing Icy Nude ranked at 94 broke my heart. 💔But I'm not surprised. I kind of regret the purchase anyway. I feel I could have gone with a dupe and be fine. Nonetheless, so many palettes, so beautiful. 🩷
