Kakine>Misaka Kakine was said to possibly ANGEL-Class. So there's that. Misaka however doesn't really have feats that can top that statement.

Na Mi He’s not Angel Class. He’s POSSIBLY NEAR Angel Class. There’s a big difference between that. I don’t even see him winning against Kanzaki or Acqua or most of the other Saint Level characters

Na Mi Lets be honest here. Most Angel Classes are not much higher than Saint level unless your an Upper Angel Class like Accelerator or if your an Archangel like Gabriel. Kakine’s not even considered a lower Angel Class either , just Possibly near it. If I were to rank it it would be Magic Gods>>>>>>>>Archangels>>>>>Angel Class>Lower Angel Class>=Saints>Possible Angel Class>Possibly Near Angel Class>Level 5 Espers

Nice list only things I would change is: Mugino > Kimi (since she can't use that dragon that long and mikoto only had so much trouble because she had to protect Saten and Uiharu. So I think mugino should be alright in a 1vs1. It was also shown that close combat could work against her like Mikoto tried and I think Mugino would fuckin murder her with brute strength if it comes to hand to hand combat) Kakine > Misaka LVL 5.3 (So Kakine is kinda immortal and even Accelerator with Mugino couldn't really do shit against him. Gunha stated he could take her down with a suicide move I think awakened Kakine could handle her, of course only if she doesn't evolve further) Touma > Accelerator (I think IT is stronger but it's kinda hard to tell in the end since it's such a mysterious power) Only my personal perception but it's kinda hard to tell in the end. Overall nice list. Would have been interesting how all the other espers (lvl 4 and lvl 3) would have ranked, maybe I will do a list including all espers in the future.

thats the Thing, Dragon was not Kimi's esper power (the vid never mentioned it as it's spoilers) Kimi's Esper power is to literally drop black hole randomly throughout the universe the Dragon just uses her as a battery

Pretty accurate enough. • Kakine (DM body) > 6.3 Misaka : Misaka only advantage is better Attack Potency, but Misaka dont have any counter to Kakine's regeneration and vesitallity. Also by scaling, DM Kakine manage to stalemate Base Accel (Who is still superior to any form of Misaka). • I still think IT Touma is stronger than PW Accel due to Touma having better hax and reactions speed, but since we barely know shit about IT and its power is Hella inconsistent, I guess that one is fair. • The Tobio Sisters huh? I don't remember much of the Nectar Arc, but aren't Hokaze stronger than them with Astral Boost? Whatev. IDC about that one lol.

Accelerator can beat more people than Touma can comparatively but Touma can be Accelerator. It's weird to have to rank the two but Accel has thrown whole buildings so I think that says enough.

I agree with alot and I know some people don't think misaka is that strong but tbh when your fighting touma nobody knows their true power and her powers are also really unkonk tbh Alot of people underestimate mikoto 5.3 tbh mikoto 5.3 is incalculable since we need more info but her attack could blow all of academy city however this is just it's range or aoe tbh being something from another world it probaly has the ability to negate dur and other hacks as a near lvl 6 mikto prob has some sort of reality manipulation and much more. But rn her capbalitys are just too unknown. Edit:as of right now I totally agree accle is stronger than touma

It feels like railgun keeps her contained into fighting weaker individuals or restrains her in some way.In theory,a fight with misaka that takes place with large amount of metal is equivalent of fighting a pyrokinetic in a volcano.She could most likely collapse an entire building,but doesn’t cause you know casualties is an actual problem.I think the third season shows her at her most op main character of anime form.By using her powers to construct a giant metal Godzilla,which than generates a giant laser force thing.I don’t think she was done(tired) by the end too,so who really knows what her limits are.After all, plot armor is the most powerful esper ability. Also no shit Acc is stronger than Tomau,if he just stops fighting the guy head on.Tomau in my opinion would have died fighting a more sane accelerated.

Yeah because accelerator now can beat his dragons but with his IB nah he can't beat it because IB can nullify the platinum wings as well but not aiwass platinum wings because aiwass uses both magic and science ability so only aiwass platinum wings can beat touma IB

Touma is a born street fighter, his punches are capable of taking down trained soldiers, he has an individual skill called precognition and a lot of intelligence in battles. The Imagine Breaker that has the ability to nullify reality distortion is just a seal of Touma's true power, ever heard of Dragons and IT? . And another, Touma is a joker character, he wins from the strong but loses to the weak, this makes him a completely balanced character here. Using the example of Accelerator vs Aiwass in season 3 where Aiwass easily beat Accelerator. If it was Touma instead of Accelerator, Touma would only touch Aiwass and he would disappear. At the same time, if Touma came across an armed army, with tanks, helicopters etc, he probably wouldn't stand a chance. But if it was Accelerator, he would win easily, I mean, his power is very advantageous here. Compared to Accelerator and Hamazura who are also protagonists, touma lost the most. So I ask, is it really Touma that has Plot Armor? What was that fight between Accelerator and Mugino vs Kakine???
