My favorite inspirational movie is French one called Angel-A. It's a black-white drama/romance/mystic/psychology movie about the guy who is resolving his issues and problem with a help of a fallen angel. She's helping him to return to himself, accept who he is, and stop lying in order to be accepted. I always return to this movie when I'm having a hard time and suggesting you to watch it, especially if you're loosing faith in yourselves.

Right off the bat I have to disagree. While Everything Everywhere All At Once is a great movie, it doesn't really teach you anything. It's all fluff and "hollywood magic" to give you emotional response. Again, the movie is a roller-coaster ride and it made me laugh and cry at the same time but I wouldn't call it a "self-improvement movie".
