Rankins Springs

Another quick road trip stop at Rankins Springs brings another quick video. Let's go exploring.
The Rankins Springs railway line branched from the Lake Cargelligo line at Barmedman and headed west to terminate at Rankins Springs. It was completed in 1923 to open up the agricultural areas in the area. Passenger railmotors served the line until the 70s and it still carried grain until it was left dormant in 2004.

Looks kicked they have cut down the grass around the train tracks in the yard from when i was there only a month ago
