@@squidwardstesticles5914 Also if you do ansbach's questline and summon him for radahn fight then when he is dying he says that become a lord for men not gods which means that we haven't yet become the elden lord adding another proof that the dlc is supposed to be before the base game ending which makes sense I guess since you can access the consecrated snowfields right after killing morgott and then get to mohgwyn palace from there and you get to the land of shadow through mohgwyn palace. (I also know that you can do varre's quest to get there really early but the mohgwyn palace has endgame scaling and is meant to be accessed a lot later)

It's what I've been rolling with, plus Death's Poker for my "Death Carian" character in my first DLC playthrough and it's a ton of fun. A lot of bosses are pretty weak to frost too so that helps. Haven't beaten Radahn yet though.

More often than not in these vids with Consort Radhan, I see a fight that is going really well, sometimes flawless or almost flawless and then at the last second a tiny mistake leads to death or near death. It is a very tough fight, no doubt about it. I have never seen a boss where it can go from 0 to 60 so quickly. Congrats on the victory :)

Yeah, his combos are so long that 1 mistake often leads to being stun locked or panic rolling to death. I had him at like 1 hit and then he pulls out the quickest move he has when Miquella's hair is blocking my view of the telegraph and he had me on the ropes lmao. And thanks dude :)

For a while I thought you couldn’t use greatswords on this boss. First playthrough, I switched from my Claymore to the Dragon Hunter’s Great Katana and respec’d to give my Mimic Tear healing and some incantations. I’m glad to see this type of success and the title is also great. My main issue with Radahn even though I like him is that he doesn’t really allow for much combat expression since unless you have a super fast weapon, you can only hit him once his combos end and there’s not enough positioning or jump or low-profile openings imo. Cool video though!

Yeah I was trying a bunch of faster weapons too but wasn't doing any better so I just went back to the old reliable greatsword combo. I agree about Radahn, it's pretty tedious to get like one hit in every 20 seconds, especially since he recovers posture so quickly

I don't know but i did stance broke him with counterguards with a Katana and with a Flamberge with the Impaling Thrust AoW. I did use the tear that helps you Stance Break and the counterguard/shard of Alexander to boost my attacks. So much that the first phase was pretty easy

I can tell you more specifically when I get on later but with the armor I used here I think they were over 70% even without the physick lmao. I got up to 18 just from exploring and looked up a few more after hours of getting folded by this guy

Just checked, physical and holy negation are all 69-70% with this build, which goes up to 74% with the physick

Chances of finding them all on a first playthrough without a guide is pretty low if you ask me. I had level 17 and from there I used the online map with markers to hunt down some of them. But i still miss 5 of them, i'm level 18 now and i got 1 fragment avail. But he's totally beatable on level 15, thats when i got him. Used my bleed build from the main game and it was totally manageble, but took me several attempts to get all the moves down. I did use the best greatshield talisman as the well as the golden hair talisman ( i suck with names). Then i had the estus boost medallion, and the erdtree favor to be able to medium roll with my gear. As for flask, I used the deflection tear with is PRETTY SICK, ngl. And the normal dmg negation tear.

@@mindtreat yeah some of them are kinda hard to find, and I missed a couple towards the beginning from those shadow dudes that hold the pots above their heads cause I didn’t know they dropped them at first. Deflection tear is awesome, Sekiro is my favourite game ever so I’ve been having a lot of fun with that on my katana build
