I was waiting for your reaction to this one. This is easily one of my favorite Ransom projects. The bars are phenomenal as usual and I just knew V Don would create the perfect soundscape for him. The only beats I wasn’t in love with are “Burning Bridges” and “Late Nights Early Mournings.” I feel the 3 opening tracks were perfect to start the project off. As always, exceptional reaction. I honestly feel you’re in the top 3 with this, salute.

Nah for real! It’s why I love hip hop more than any other music. That lyricism and manipulation of language you can’t hear any other place. Spesh and ransom honestly should do a whole project - matter fact throw Benny the butcher in it too
@frankleespkng Жыл бұрын
@@BSideRapReviews I feel you on the Spesh/Ran collab. There was a time where I felt their styles were so different that I wasn’t seeing a full project but it’s that difference that makes it fit. Ran is so elite with lyricism while Spesh is witty with it. And as you said throw Benny it there. I would ultimately like to see Ran and Planet Asia. I believe they would mesh like crazy
@frankleespkng Жыл бұрын
Spot on review as usual. Ran has proven that he’s on Mt. Rushmore with the pen play. He continues to push the boundaries. I’m afraid to see what he does with an album where every single beat matches what he’s doing with his rhymes. But V Don definitely laced him with some nice backdrops. If Ran doesn’t have the top album when all aspects are involved I definitely feel he’s definitely on top lyrically. Preciate you as always brotha👊🏿
@BSideRapReviews Жыл бұрын
Preciate it brotha!! And facts - the scary part is it seems like he's improving with each project. The director's cut series was what put me on to ransom and I feel like the lyricism he shown since that series has progressively gotten a tad better each year. Yeah I think the only thing that can hold a ransom project back is production and glad V Don could deliver. Wouldn't be mad to see him team up with Craven for another full project again - they always go crazy together!
