Roshi blew up the moon. What toneri did isn't impressive at all in the DB universe. Like, wow your power level is 125 or something. Roshi is shown to dodge attacks from a dude, stronger than a god of destruction. A man who can just point in finger at you, say "hakai" and you're not even dead, your existence is erased. Broken right ? Roshi is 100% broken, and can fight in the naruto verse and be on the top. No "son of gods" or shit like that. Just, relaxing and flexing when it's time to flex.
