With android radios, I installed a switch that shuts off the ignition signal. Switch on - it turns on/off with ignition. Switch off - it stays off. Very simple to do.

you should try living out here in California,its ridiculous,im just south of Sacramento and all we get is people from the San Francisco Bay Area moving here doing the same thing, our biggest agriculture out here being almonds has dwindled so much that there is hardly any orchards left

I told you USDA was worth looking into. Be aware though that it can take a little longer to close those loans. Figure for 45 to 60 days to close just to be safe.

You're absolutely right about developers cutting down all the trees and building cookie cutter shit box houses. I'm from Jersey and grew up in the pine barrens and love my trees. Originally lived in a Myrtle Beach apartment for 7 years then bought a small 2 bed 2 bath brick face ranch in the sticks of Conway. It really pisses me off to see all the land clearing to build more shit box houses, enough is enough! You damn well know some counsel member is getting kick backs from the developers.
