The backstory on how this song came to be is not far off from that - BaybMetal heard "We Got The Moves" by Electric Callboy, wanted to make something with a similar vibe because BabyMetal isn't afraid to play around with genres but hadn't done much partycore yet, and decided to contact Electric Callboy about it. This collab sorta-kinda congealed from there.

From what Kevin and Nico have told in their Video, they should have done that with the Girls but it was ultimatively cut out. Kevin got it wrong at one point, it seems, pointing in one direction while the head did go in the other direction. Have to admit, I did not thought this might be the first song for you to actually enjoy EC's work. But anyways, maybe you'd like to check out MC Thunder II - Dancing Like A Ninja it doesn't have the "taking the p!ss" vibe you've mentioned in the WGTM reaction while still being kind of humorous (especially in combination with the video). It's one of their storytelling videos in which the band doesn't appear. Original MC Thunder was from 2017 with their original lead singer Sushi.
