The FBI, CIA or DEA whoever tf wants to stop drug flow for a short period of time on the streets will NOT go for the crackhead but for the dealer. To put it in perspective, if someone is selling anything thats harming other people why would you arrest the people who are being harmed? Go after the guy who’s hurting these sick people THEN you might see a tiny amount of change for a day or two but then it’s back to the same old cat and mouse game with dealers. To crack down on these dealers they NEED junkies who are either done with that lifestyle that want to become functional members of society or just junkies who are straight up rats that will snitch on the plug just because they don’t want another criminal possession charge over a tenth of some crack.
