The state proved in the first trial that it would b impossible for bortlen to have fired the fatal shots because there was blood on the top right shoulder of his shirt and no blood splatter on the driver seat meaning his back was plush to the seat when the shots were fired from inside the car making it literally impossible to shoot juvy in the left side of his face and the back of sak head

Melly was the only other person seen getting into the backseat the red car he claimed he got in was already at the gated complex when the murder occurred and phone records prove he wasn’t in that vicinity I think he’s guilty the state just need to chill with the theatrics focus on pure facts and they can win this case
