Omg I could've sworn you've already reacted to some Foo Fighters but maybe not. Sadly they lost their drummer Taylor Hawkins on March of 2022. As close as Dave and Taylor were they were inseparable. If an interview was done it usually included the two. The Foo Fighters did a tribute concert one at Wembley at one at the Forum in Cali. The reason I'm mentioning this is cause there's one more video I think you should watch and that video is My Hero (MTV version) which includes Taylor's son playing in tribute to his father. Shane was 15 when that recording was done and that kid beats the crap out of those drums. Absolutely one of the greatest performances I've seen from a kid that age and it's absolutely one of the most heart felt ones also. Unbelievable bro check it.

💯% YES!🙏🏼😇💪🏼 SOON AS I SAW THIS COME UP I WAS GANNA TELL HIM HE HAS TO WATCH THAT ONE! IT’S SUCH A MIX OF EMOTIONS FOR ANYONE THAT WATCHES IT! SPECIALLY FOR ME EVERY TIME I WATCH IT IM A MIXED UP MESS! HOWEVER THAT SAID, HIS SON NAILED IT WITH SO MUCH PASSION, RESPECT, HURT, PAIN, SADNESS, BUT MOST OF ALL LOVE!!!❤️ WE ALL HOPE THAT HE IS RESTING PEACEFULLY, SLEEPING SWEETLY WHILE WATCHING OVER HIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILIES!!!🙏🏼💞 “🦅FLY HIGH TAYLOR 🦅”

You should see the concert in Gothenburg Sweden in 2015 when he fell off the damn stage broke his leg , came back a couple hours later and finished the damn show with a doctor holding his foot together so It didn’t flop over😂😂 So glad I got to see them before Taylor passed. That tribute concert was the biggest, badass, heartbreaking, wholesome tribute ….next to Freddie Mercurys in 1992…I’m so old I remember that too…

Did you notice not only was he singing with gum in his mouth, he was singing with gum and his hair all up in his face. With my luck I'd have chewed my hair into my gum, ha! This man is dedicated to his people.... he fell off a stage, disgustingly broke his ankle., didn't realize it until he tried to get up and walk. Taken back stage on a stretcher, the dr set his ankle splinted and then Dave went back on stage sat down in a chair and played while the dr crouched down holding his ankle and leg stable.... IIRC they didn't have narcotics on the ambulance so he took some swigs of whiskey before they set it..

Hip-hop heads as of post 90s are living in a bubble. My mom listened to Vivaldi and My dad played with Charlie Parker. I started listening to rap when I bought a Sugarhill Gang LP on a flea market in 84. Been flollowing ever since and can sqay that hip-hop fans, are the most convoluted ever

"I might have heard this." I refuse to believe that any adult in the free world in possession of a radio has never heard this song. It's been absolutely everywhere for nearly 30 years. And it's still amazing.
@CliffBeatsOfficial5 ай бұрын
Does it get played on hip hop stations? No. I’m learning about rock music on here. By 8 years old I was writing hip hop music and involved in the rap scene. I had no interest in other genres. You’re probably right… it probably was on the radio but I’m in Chicago where it’s predominantly rap music on the radio. 🤷♂️

There's really an interesting story behind this song. Dave was going thru a divorce, most of the band was on their way out, he was sleeping on the floor of a friend's house, and he meets a girl. This song shows the emotions he went thru while connecting with someone after a failed relationship. After this song took off, the band stayed with Dave. Huh.

How does an audience manage to mostly sing on time, but clap their hands like fucking seals with no sense of tempo? The off tempo clapping is so distracting in the first half. Performance was great, the audience just ruined it for me.
