I understand what you mean by past his prime, like the average age of hip hop artists and how long they stay in the game. He is for sure an outlier with all that considered. That being said, I respectfully disagree that he's past his prime. I like to compare him to wine, and it just betters with age. MTBMB is arguably one of his best bodies of work as a whole, yes there are those major records everyone thinks about with big records and I agree I love them as well. But past his prime I don't think so, he's grown into this mastermind of of the English language... almost savant like.
