It shows the journey of Faith that goes from the reverent shyness of the newly converted to the joy of seeing oneself as a son - recognized and accepted - cradled in the arms of the Father. I would really like to thank you. You are the first reaction video at least of this phenomenal recording that has been respectful enough to listen to the entire song before saying anything. I love watching people react to this, but too many times this song is interrupted so many times that the full affect is not felt as deeply. Dan’s rendition of this song reached into my soul and reached the very core of my being! In a week, he has become one of my favourite singers of all time! His duet of Seal’s “Kissed By A Rose” with Violet Orlandi has become my earworm! His range of vocals is amazing! ♥️🎶♥️🎶

Yes, I just happened to catch this the day it released and I have watched it once a day since then! It is inspiring and, at this point, the best rendition of this song ever, IMHO! My kids are going to flip out that I want it played at my memorial!! I am 66 and I'm not close to going yet, buy I ain't that far either! Check out all of the songs that Dan did from The Witcher series. Toss a Coin to your Witcher, Burn Butcher Burn, The Song of the White Wolf This guy is a cover artist. He does everything independently with other artists. His range is phenomenal. Dan Vasc has a God-given gift is what he's got!! Never have i ever heard a better rendition. And Im a PK (Preacher's Kid) have been in church since in utero. My daddy's in radio and Christian broadcasting. Im also a vocalist, musician, pianist, and play guitar. My Granny also played the harmonica with that kind of talent! What a blessing! I just watched your reaction to this for the second time. I loved the look of awe and disbelief on your face the entire time he was singing. My first time hearing this or him was right after he released it. I was alone in my home and I was completely stunned the entire song and my mouth was open when he completed that last, sustained note. A LOT of Metal musicians can do a lot of things that nobody suspects. Vocals like this, set to songs such as this one, are prime examples. It's really because Metal goes un-appreciated because of erroneous information and a pre-conceived notion; The public in general believed it when The Church labeled Rock and Metal as 'The Devil's Music' and satanic, etc, DECADES ago. Hell, Centuries ago. Beethoven was actually a rocker and if he was alive in this era, he would get a real kick out of Metal. Mozart as well. They were 'bad boys' back then. To be sure, there ARE some Metal bands that are satanic. But that can really happen anywhere in the world to any group of people, where there will be evil people among whatever group you can name off. It's a fact of life. But you don't see the church absolutely VILLIFYING those pastors who are caught embezzling massive amounts of funds or cheating on their wives, do you? Nope. Just everything outside of the church being demonic, as if the people of the church are perfect. We KNOW that's false anyway. You won't catch the church exposing the Bankers for their evil ways, either. Nope. Not when it can benefit the church for the Bankers to keep doing all that. So, they pick on Art, they pick on Freedom of Expression. They don't like anything that allows people to be individuals. The church wants dumb, dull-witted sheep, just like every government body. So miss-information is wide-spread.
