Best thing about these songs, is that these are usually made a little before the world championship to build up hype, so these songs are also usually very hype. (This is one of my favorites and i literally jumped up seeing you reacted to this xd) Edit: also, all of the people you see in this video, are pro players that have the weapons of certain champions in the game. This is one of my favorite worlds songs. After the fight against Perkz, the lightning shuriken (representing the champion Kennen) gets pierced by what appears to be one of Vayne's bolts, representing another potential challenger being shut down by Uzi.

The video, for 2018 Worlds, was based around the 2017 Worlds, where indeed Ambition and SSG won the championship, including beating G2/Perkz in groups and Faker/SKT in Finals. The guy in the middle you were trying to remember was Uzi, who played for RNG, cosplaying Vayne. Also for easter eggs, that cool shot with all the champions fighting the Elder Dragon, the champions in the shot are specifically the 6 champs that SSG picked for their Worlds Skins (Gnar, Talia, Jarvin IV, Ezreal, Xayah, and Rakan).

Another thing that people miss that in Fakers debut, he roflostomped ambition in the midlane solo killing him at level 6 and ambition was never the same since then, the craziest thing is that Faker was an unknown solo Q miracle and SKT Telecome T1 K were complete underdogs none knew who they were and they stomped them, he eventually left the midlane to become a jungler and years later he 3-0'd him in the world finals to conquer his ''demons''

Not sure if anyone has said this yet but a little Easter egg about the battle in the middle of the video with Uzi, you’ll notice that it never showed Ambition defeating Uzi in battle because during the world championship that the story was based on Samsung galaxy the eventual winners of the tournament never actually beat RNG (Uzi’s team), Samsung galaxy lost to RNG during the group stage, SKT then beat RNG in the semifinal before Samsung would beat SKT and Faker in the final in the rematch of the final the year before

If you like this then you have to listen to the RISE Remix ft. BOBBY. I love the original so my intention isnt to take away from how great it is because it is an amazing song through and through but in my opinion the Remix is just that much better. We seem to have similar tastes/thoughs when it comes to music and I know how much I love it so I have a feeling that you will love it as well. The book faker is holding is the spell book of the mage character “RYZE” in the game. To be honest at first I thought it was a reference to an item in the game and was thinking it was maybe the “fiendish codex” but then looking closer i noticed it was Ryzes spell book. I think featuring faker the guy who had to “RISE” up to become known as a goat mid lane pro and him holding the book of one of his main champs “RYZE” in a song called “RISE” is a super well thought out and well planned addition to the animation and so much better the referencing a item.

Good eye at the 6:00 mark. That is a shuriken from the champion Kennen, who was being played by Rekkles at the time and has a bolt going through it. The bolt is believed to signify Uzi who is being portrayed as Vayne in the following fight who shoots bolts. Uzi's team at the time, RNG, knocked Rekkles team at the time, Fnatic, out of the quarterfinals. Love the videos dude, keep it up

This is very legitimately one of the best songs to come from riots music side to date. The biggest question about this song however, is does the Bobby free lib version actually improve it? Rise is easily my favorite Worlds song to date. Following Ambition through his journey through the 2017 Worlds as he made his way through the playoff is such a hype story. The video even shows how he struggled a bit against RNG, shown by him actually taking a couple shots before ultimately prevailing. Also, from the track standpoint, it's tough to beat The Glitch Mob. That chorus bass will live in my brain for the rest of my life. It's such a HUGE sound that just fills the entire mix, it's incredible. Excellent break down, dude!

The player you were unsure about was Uzi, the adc for RNG. At the end it goes back to him as well, because he was the winner of the 2018 Mid Season Invitational, and was favored to win worlds that year as well.

Rise, warriors, legends never die. they have recently stepped up their "game". Seeing Kha'zix's claws in this animation right from the start made me SO happy as a Kha'zix main. He usually gets no love in these animations, let alone junglers (as the main characters is determined by the weapons/champions). RISE is a 2018 worlds song picturing the path of Ambition (the 2017 world champion) and his team SSG through the tournament. The players he encounters on his way are Perkz (playing one of his signature champions Yasuo) and G2 which they eliminate in group stage, the one you cannot name Uzi and RNG (playing one of his signature champions Vayne) which they played twice in the tournament but lost both times (thats why at the end of the video Uzi is the only one who wakes up/survives because he never actually lost to him and his team was eliminated by SKT T1 in the semifinals) and finally SKT T1 Faker (playing one of his signature chapions Ryze) which they beat in the very finals to win the whole thing. >:D That one screen with champions that are fighting the dragon and looks frozen in time are the exact champions the team chose for their skins as rewards (there is a tradition that every team that wins the championship receives besides the trophy, title and money also their own skins to the game). Btw RISE is (probably) together with Warriors and Legends Never Die considered by the fans as the BEST WORLDS SONG EVER!! Thats pretty much everything i know to the background of the song :D (sorry for my bad readable english and extremely amount of text xdd) and have a nice day
