Let me help you understand. Just because their allegations couldn't 'Be proven beyond reasonable doubt' in a court of law. Doesn't mean the allegation is lie or was made purely maliciously. It could really be as simple as one persons set of events could be different from how another interpreted it. While the accused might have thought the interaction was consensual, the accusers did not believe it to be. Apply it to pretty much any other crime and it might make more sense. If you are accused of stealing from someone but a court can not proven you did it, that doesn't make the person who had their stuff stolen a liar.

I think he was innocent but yea having a judge say you are not guilty dose not actually mean you didn't do it it just means that the evidence put against you was not strong enough to actually prove you did it He has more money than the girls and could easily buy a better lawyer, pay people off all while it is typically pretty hard to come up with real evidence to suggest that you was actually rpd Again I think he is innocent yet at the same time I do not know that neither does the judge as we was not there, for all we know he may have done it yet got off due to lack of evidence put against him There are multiple people who are guilty yet let walk free or the other way around who are innocent yet been locked up, it's not based on weather or not they actually did it in most cases it's actually based on the evidence put against them or what evidence they have, someone can be guilty of something yet if there is a lack of evidence to prove they did it then obviously they get found not guilty in court and the same the other way around someone could be innocent yet if enough evidence is somehow put against them they could be found guilty of something they didn't even do No one other than the people involved actually know what happened so it's essentially just 1 person's word against another and a judges job is to decide on who he or she believes is telling the truth based on what ever evidence is put in front of him or her So yeah even if he was found not guilty that dose not actually mean he is innocent, and the same the other way around there are a lot of innocent people who have been charged with things they didn't Even do

Is it too common though? Just because something cannot be proven to be true beyond reasonable doubt in a court of law. Doesn’t mean it’s a ‘false allegation’. It just means it can’t be proven. It sounds to me that the lines of consent were very blurred between the two parties probably due to the use of ketamin and alcohol. What one party believed to be consensual, the other did not believe it to be so. No one is maliciously lying here, yet no parties perspective can be proven true or false.

I don’t think it’s that the juries are biased, I think it’s that they are clearly more commonly false accusations due to the potential payouts, and the lack of consequences. Each case needs to be tried, but it should be kept private until the outcome and false accusations should be tried after in another case.

The sad thing is the only person that can ever clear your name is either you or the person you slept with and if they are lying about it to begin with then why would they clear your name. This stuff ruins lives relationships jobs and destroys social interaction for a lot of people if they stay in the same area they were WRONGFULLY accused. I’ve seen this happen in person and the girl was bragging about sleeping with my friend she wanted a relationship with him, at the time & he didn’t want one. 10 years later she accused him of r’ing her and slyly said it to a few girls who know his gf. Like WTF he then had to explain something that didn’t happen in the way she made out at all. (It was consensual). Once he told her through other people I’m taking you to court for slander and FALSE accusations. She changed her tune and said “I don’t need to explain myself to anyone or him.” Actually you do if he takes you to court so there is that LOL. I wish he took her to court but she piped down as she should. (For context) I saw her getting arrested once and the second the officer touched her arm she screamed the R word. This cretinous women has a child and is raising it WTF Social should step in and take it in my opinion. You aren’t fit to raise a child

Evidence is presented in front of a jury for them to decide. A not guilty verdict just means the evidence is not strong enough to convict someone beyond all reasonable doubt. I am not saying this guy is guilty or innocent, because I don't know that. What I am saying is, a not guilty verdict does not necessarily mean he is innocent. The only people who truly know that, are him and his accusers.
