The 90s was special, less depressed, hanging outside, no cameras all in ur face, even chilling on the block was different, even the drug dealers where I grew up stopped selling when kids were going and coming from school, use to get the ice cream truck for the whole block, give bikes to whoever got a good report card, block parties were epic, the music, the style, dances, what a time man, what I don’t allow my kid to do in 2022, kids were allowed to do back then, knew all your neighbors, NYC is definitely not the same !
